My family moved my mother into The Seasons a week ago. We worked with Molly and she couldn’t have been anymore helpful! We met with her several times and she answered all of our questions and concerns. If I had a question I could text her and she got right back to me. She made this transition for my mother so much easier than we had ever imagined! She even checked up on my mother a few days into her move and texted me that she was doing well! My sister-in-law has been a resident for about six weeks at this fabulous facility. There are many activities such as crafts, bingo, exercises, music and an exceptionally welcoming staff who genuinely care for the residents well-being. Their meals are first-rate and the level of care has been one of competence and vigilance. All CoVid protocols are followed and align with our governors guidelines. My husband and I unconditionally recommend Laurelwood Assisted Living. Thank you! All of you are extraordinary.

My mother moved to Forest Hills Place a week ago. The staff has been superb from the moment they arrived at my parents house for the assessment – kind, attentive, patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. Mom loves the staff and thinks they are lovely people. The place is also lovely, with light bright apartments and extensive landscaping. It has a good energy, with lots of activities – Mom has already started going to their daily exercise class! The family is relieved to have found such a wonderful place for Mom. I can not highly enough recommend them

My wife was admitted to Chesterwood recovering from a hemorrhagic stroke. The staff has made us feel like family. The care and concern they have shown goes above and beyond what I would have expected from a rehab facility. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking rehabilitation services. I have to update my thoughts about Chesterwoods advanced therapy center. The nursing staff doesn’t follow requests from the therapy department. Numerous times therapy has had to get my wife up, dressed and out of bed. This took the entire time of 45 minutes allotted to provide therapy for her to recover from a hemorrhagic stroke. She also received more therapy time per day from TriHealth on Dana. Instead of progressing to the point of being able to come home, she has declined in her ability to function. I have had her transferred to Encompass at Drake who have guaranteed me that they will be able to turn her around and have her back to and beyond the ability level she was at TriHealth.

What an incredible community!!! I’m SO happy that my mom chose to move to Vitalia!!! The staff, under Debbie’s amazing direction, is simply top notch! Everyone is so kind, caring and compassionate. The residents bring a wealth of life experiences, and love to share with each other (safely, of course!) during meals and small group gatherings. Everyone is welcome and even the staffs t-shirts spread words of kindness, inclusion, diversity and warmth! There are so many activities from which to choose…. the gym – as my mom calls it (exercise classes, PT & OT sessions), the pool, the outdoor courtyard, movie theater, etc. My mom loves to play the piano in the lovely main lobby. She’s not been this happy in years!!! The people here are simply amazing!!! Debbie, Tammy, Brandon, Shai, Katie, Sam, Tom, Peter, Maricelo, and the list goes on….. I apologize if I missed someone!!! I’m SO appreciative for the care my mom is receiving. A few kinks are still being worked out, but that happens with every new organization. Thank you ALL!!!

We moved my father into Tapestry one year ago, and cant say enough good things about this facility. For those who review based on one visit, I urge you to not pass judgment. Despite the pandemic, Tapestry has kept all its resident safe and as engaged as possible. They have been flexible and creative, and have communicated well with families. Whenever we have had the slightest issue or question, we have gotten a quick response and a resolution of the matter. The staff has been consistent, as opposed to the constant turnover at many assisted living facilities, so my father knows and trusts his caregivers. I would highly recommend Tapestry to anyone.
