I wanted to share that the food should be the best part of their day. At this place it is very marginal at best. I see it get served mainly cold. A bit more care by the kitchen would make a difference. I hate to see the see tenants so disappointed 6-27-26. I SEE THE RESPONSE BELOW.AND I AM RESPONDING TO THAT. WE HAVE SPOKEN TO EVERYONE IN EVERY DEPARTMENT. NURSES, THE HEADQUARTERS PEOPLE IN THE ADMINISTRATION AND THE SERVERS AND MENTION IT TO ANYONE THAT MIGHT DO SOMETHING. SORRY, FOLKS AT BATH CREEK. BUT YOUR FOOD IS TERRIBLE.AND THESE PEOPLE NEED AND DESERVE BETTER CARE, ESPECIALLY IN THE FOOD DEPARTMENT. IT IS THEIR BEST TIME OF DAY EATING. THE BEST WAY THEY CAN STAY HEALTHY IS THROUGH GOOD NUTRITION. I DON'T LIKE TO DO REVIEWS. AND ESPECIALLY COMPLAIN. BUT GOD IS MY WITNESS. YOU CAN DO BETTER BUY THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A PIECE OF PIZZA THAT YOU CAN DRIVE A NAIL WITH, I'LL SURELY GIVE YOU ONE NEXT TIME THEY SERVE PIZZA. Kelly Morris Caceres I live in NYC and having to navigate from afar for a parent is difficult. Not being able to visit prior you depend on word of mouth and reviews. Pleasantly surprised and very pleased. Facility is of quality, from the lobby, recreation room, facilities,to patients rooms. The maintenance cleaning crew does a superb job of keeping the facility immaculate. The place is immaculate the clean and the rooms are kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The receptionist at the front desk are always welcoming and warm all that work the front desk soon as you walk in you feel like you're walking into a home. The CNA s that help assist a very attentive and caring and very patient. The nursing staff is subparb and they go above and beyond All the therapist and doctors are very attentive and all the needs are provided for the patient. Administrative staff Tammy and the social worker Mackenzie and Andrew the accountant are very attentive to all of your needs that you will need while your loved one is placed in the facility. The recreational and all the recreations that go on and the personal library at all the social events and the social organizers that do it do a fantastic job. Tell the occupational therapist speech therapist physical therapist very attentive to all the needs of every patient that is received there. Not once when I visited did I hear a commotion or chaos or eruption in the hallways It was always calm cool and collected very professional. I would highly recommend this facility hands down. They did a wonderful job for my mother very patient very kind I cannot thank them enough If you're debating which place to put your loved one in I would highly recommend this is the review that you need to listen to trust me they're wonderful. I have spent the last 6 weeks at Bath Creek Estates SNF and couldn’t be happier with my stay here. As with any facility of this kind there are always going to be challenges but the staff here is dedicated and quick to respond to any issue. I have always been treated with respect and kindness, the care has been professional at all times and any issues dealt with quickly without drama. The aides are a delight, overworked but always friendly and willing to help. The nurses are simply the best. As I have said I have been treated with dignity and kindness my entire time here. The folks in the therapy department have been outstanding in their work with me. Due to their work with me my strength has increased remarkably and my resting heart rate has gone from low 80’s to 60’s. They make exercise fun and try to mix it up so it doesn’t get boring. One minor complaint so you don't think this a pie in the sky review, the food is terrible. Vegetables are over cooked until they are mush, meat is dry and tough and plating often leaves a lot to be desired. There is a new dietary manager and things do seem to be improving a bit so maybe there is hope.

The nursing staff is efficient, knowledgeable. The Rehab department is very good. The STNAs are very nice, pleasant and helpful although at certain periods of the day seem understaffed. Food is varied and good. Questions answered by knowledgeable people, insurance, wound care etc. Bath Creek Estates went above and beyond in getting me to an appointment in Cleveland, deeply appreciative.

Wonder staff all the way around. The activity department is top notch, there is always something going on. Moon is great at asking residents to join in on activities. Therapy is amazing. Prior to joining Bath Creek Estates, I worked in various assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities. Although I would consider returning to those establishments, transitioning to Bath Creek Estates was undoubtedly the best career decision I have ever made. The environment is consistently immaculate and free of unpleasant odors. The aides actively encourage residents to leave their rooms and engage in activities. Staff members demonstrate exceptional attentiveness to resident needs, often pausing from their tasks to engage in conversation or address concerns. I have yet to encounter a colleague who would not readily offer assistance when needed. Becoming a part of the team at Saber Health's Bath Creek Estates has been a truly rewarding experience, and I feel a strong sense of belonging.

I was here for a short time for rehabilitation. The administration was always available when I needed them. The Administrator stopped by my room every day to check on me. The nursing staff is the best. They took EXCELLENT care of me. The aides are AMAZING absolutely AMAZING! Now for occupational therapy and physical therapy, they have goals set for you and know your goals too. They made me work! I was exhausted afterwards but felt good. They are the GREATEST! I also want to extend my thanks to housekeeping for keeping my room clean and sanitary.. I highly recommend Bath Creek Estates for short term as well as long term care. THANK YOU for everything!!

My mom came to Bath Creek as an in-house Hospice patient in 2022. The care she received there was wonderful. Jill Burke, and her caring staff, treated my mom like their own. My Mom blossomed at Bath Creek, playing Bingo, doing art activities, going to Happy Hour, and eating lunch almost everyday with her lady friends, Sheila, Arretta, Claudia, and Pat. In May of 2022, my mom graduated out of Hospice at age 95beyond amazing! My mom passed last week. at age 96. I was with her when she passed and witnessed the sadness of her caregivers knowing that she was gone. Everyone loved my Mom at Bath Creek. There are so many individuals to thank but tough to list everyone here. Thank you Bath Creek Staff for giving my Mom so much TLC in her final years.

Giving two stars because the nurses and PT/OT staff were fantastic. The administrative offices and doctors were not, particularly social services and the nurse practitioner. My loved one was sent home too too weak and his meds were changed improperly. We were given next to no assistance for discharge plans. He is now back in the hospital, less than 48 hours after discharge. Also, if you or your loved one need any kind of memory care assistance, this is not the place to go.

Yall seriously can’t be complaining about waiting a hour for water or about the taste of the food? Healthcare facilities is not concerned with 5 star meals when most patients have special diets. Lol, take your family member home then and let’s see how well you manage to care for them. Getting water and making food tasty is the least of a nursing homes concerns when they’re understaffed and workers are underpaid. Have you ever took time to consider what is healthcare workers experience in a daily from families like y’all. The constant complaining about minute things when we have to care for over 30+ patients independently on our own. ALL HEALTHCARE FACILITIES ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND BURNED OUT FROM COMPLAINING FAMILIES AND UNAPPRECIATIVE OWNERS. Make it make sense!

Can't something please be done to make the meals tastier? I do understand, many meals depend on an individuals health needs, as I have been down that road myself planning family dinners. I have been to 3 different rehab facilities since becoming disabled. This is the only one where I was treated good. Before being disabled I even worked at a few nursing homes as an stna. I would see how you were trained to take care of people and I would see how the nursing homes put such an overwhelming work load on their employees that patients don't get the proper care of treatment they deserve. I didn't experience that as a patient here like I did at other places. I have also referred many people to this place since and they have all been happy with their experience as well.

My mother was sent there for physical therapy. When I took her in for the very first time we were given a room number and expected to go to our room. Nobody walked us to the room and nobody helped us. I visited my mom every day while she was there except for one. There was only one nurse that would ever provide me any updates. For example my mom was running a fever because she had a cough that had been going on the entire time she was there and I always asked them what they were doing about the cough but nobody told me that she was running a fever. There were times that my mom would have nothing to drink in her room. I asked one of the evening nurses for water and she told me it would have to wait because she was serving dinner. Beth, the nurse practitioner, was the best one they have at that facility. Abby is the best nurse they have on staff or at least the one that cared for my mom. My mom was later transferred to the hospital because she had pneumonia and I had to call a few times to see about picking my moms things up. I asked a few of the staff if all of this had happened to their mom, would they be happy with the care that she was receiving and they replied with a no. The lack of communication with family is less than desirable.

The first afternoon I got here I was left in a room for 10 hours. No food no drink no pain medication. Every morning it takes 3 hours for them to bring me my pain medication. They refused to give me all my prescription with the exception of 1. If it wasn't for a few people who actually care I would have left. Please don't put anyone you care about I this place unless they can take care of themselves.

Bath Creek Estates has been a very welcome experience. The administrative staff took time to visit me in my room to make sure there wasn’t anything I needed. The nursing staff made you feel comfortable and was quick to respond to your needs. The facility is clean, the therapy room had the equipment that I needed to help in my recovery. Kudos to the administrative, operational, nursing, nurses aides, therapist, dietary, and housekeeping staffs for the excellent care I received during my rehab. I would definitely come back here if I ever had the need and would recommended this facility to my friends and family.

I have read the reviews good and bad of Bath Creek and because of the coronavirus I cannot say what it deserves as a review. The reason for 4 stars is that there is a nurse named Emily. I think thats how she spells her name not sure. She has represented this place with professionalism and has been a joy to talk to answering any concerns that me and my sister has had. Whats the most important is that my mom likes her a lot and believe me she is hard to please. At 89 years old my mom is very hard to take care of. I know because I did her rehab for 2 weeks before she came here. Any front line worker has my respect but Emily I felt deserves praise because its a hard job and she does it so well. Bath Creek needs to keep this girl employed.
