Actually; I enjoy retirement living. CRV is the cause of that. From the very first day the staff has welcomed me with humor and charm. While I rarely participate in the activities and trips; it's nice to know I am welcomed to join. The evening meals are plentiful and tasty with tolerant table mates and pleasant surroundings. My brother-in-law found Cardinal and recommended it to me. His findings were spot-on! I believe safety is a major concern of most residents and that concern has been addressed brilliantly here. On a scale from 1 to 10, I'd give this facility a 9.5. Welllll, nobody's perfect. Thanks for a job well done. Gary Whitlock

I am so thankful that my mom is at Cardinal Village. She has been very happy, more healthy and more active since she moved there five years ago. Additionally, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and welcoming and the seasonal decorations are a treat, especially at Christmas time.

My parents have been at Cardinal for over a year and it’s been the best decision we have made. The staff are very friendly and always eager to help. They have wonderful food options that are offered every week. Even a picky eater would find something good to eat. Are you looking for a nice place to retire,if so I have a perfect place for you.Cardinal Village in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. Here you can relax , no stairs no elevators,you can look out your sliding door or sit on your patio and watch the birds, squirrels, and see the beautiful flowers in the summer. The staff is outstanding, ready to help you with any problems you may have, the resident are very friendly and will help you any way they can. Lots of activities, bus trips, great crafts, exercise class to keep you fit ,join in and you will never be bored. so why are you waiting. we are ready to welcome you at Cardinal Village..

I am glad I chose Cardinal Retirement Village as my home. I like being able to cook my own lunch and make meals for a family visit, and still not have to prepare my main meal every day - I eat that one in the dining room with my new friends. We all have a porch and a garden we can plant as we like, if we like. What a joy it is to walk around the whole campus and see the gardens of the other residents. I don't drive in snow or at night, so I really appreciate the opportunity for exercise here, as well as the variety of entertainment we have available - no extra charge. I do hope I never have reason to move again.

I was apprehensive about moving my Dad up north from Florida in February but he immediately loved it here. He loves the musical entertainment, the exercise classes, the dinners, the staff and his neighbors. When the weather gets better he's really going to love his screened in porch, a big plus not found in orher retirement homes. He says "I'm at home here". Good enough for me!

Thank you to Cardinal Retirement Village for ALL you do to make it such a welcoming, friendly community! My mom, Nora, is 90 years old and absolutely thriving at Cardinal Village. She’s been a resident since August 2021 and our only regret is that we didn’t move her there sooner! Mom enjoys the ongoing fun activities and the vibrant community of friends she’s made. The food is great and always plentiful. Our family is so grateful to everyone who works at Cardinal Retirement Village. It’s a comfort to us to know that mom is safe and happy! Thanks a million! My Father has been a resident here for almost one year in assisted living. He has his food delivered to his room. Often it is only a partial meal, tonight one piece of pork and a hard roll, no greens, no fruit, no dessert. Also the cleaning of his room is hit or miss. Nursing care and aide care is on par but the other services are subpar. Considering a move.

Cardinal is a beautiful property that has been a leader in providing extraordinary senior care for decades in Cuyahoga Falls. I couldn't think of a better place for my grandmother. When I first toured the establishment I was blown away by it's charm. The staff goes above and beyond to make the residents feel not only welcomed, but part of one great big family. They have dedicated chefs that prepare delicious meals from scratch, to housekeeping / maintenance that's always attentively keeping it all orderly, clean and presentable. We love sitting outside on the screened in patio (every apartment has their own private one) it is an amenity I could not find at any other property. Overall it has been a heavenly gift to find this place, and I am looking forward to seeing Cardinal continue to blossom in the years to come like they always have.

Just moved a family member in and can't say enough about the place. The staff is friendly and prompt to respond. Kim at the front reception is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! She greets you by first name (even after just one visit)! She takes the time to get to know the residents. Her customer service is top notch. The facility is clean (kudos to the housekeeping staff). There was no odd smell. It is decorated well and feels homey. We loved the fact that there were several gathering areas; some more private than others, but it gives residents an option instead of sitting in one big room. While we didn't try the food, the menu options were endless. Events and transportation to various stores is a plus. Highly impressed.

My dad has been living independently at Cardinal Village for 3 years. In those 3 years he has made many friends and is well looked after by a very caring staff. Even though he lives independently in his own apartment we are called if the staff notice anything out of the ordinary which is a great relief when you can’t be on site every day. The residents are very friendly and genuinely concerned about each other. There is a nice mix of weekly activities and in-house entertainment. The food is good too!
