Bath manner they have the best memory Care unit staff and facility in the area. After seeing how happy my mother is at Bath Manor I wish I had brought my mother to this facility to begin with after countless other facilities that lack the quality and care that bath Manor provides. I would highly recommend anyone bringing their loved one for long-term or short-term care to Bath Manor

It’s always a great experience on the Vent/trach unit at Bath Manor. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to teach. My uncle James Perry was a Patient from Jan 2025 to Feb 2025. There was 1 Aide who took Excellent for him & his stay there. There was absolutely Poor communication.. when we called the facility..80% of the time no one answered. Approx. 2wks ago I called the facility & was surprised 2get an answer.. also called 3times after that & another surprise.. I'm glad they have a better system. My wife had a recent stay, and I would like to thank Beth Bowman, and at the facility Rich, who went above and beyond in making her transfer from the hospital, to the facility flawless. And making it a point to be available to discuss any concerns or questions during her stay. The nursing staff was exceptional, and having a pulmonary staff on duty 24/7! Just wanted to give a heartfelt thank you to all the staff that cared for my wife.

My 48 year old daughter has been rehabbing here for more than 2 months. The staff have been wonderful. From the physical therapists, nurses, STNA'S. Social workers. They have not only taken great care of my daughter but have helped me with paperwork and maneuvering through the insurance and systems that I have had to deal with. Highly recommended for great care.

Bath Manor staff were great. Very clean rooms. Therapy Crew especially Jake, Judy, and Mrs. Minor. Are superb. They will get you together IF YOU HAVE THE WILL TO PULL IT TOGETHER. THE R.N.'S ARE ALL FIRST RATE.. WELL MAYBE ACCEPT ONE LOL.Now as far as the stna's well.. If youre familiar with stna's well its the luck of the draw. Some are pros, most are lazy. The same goes for HOUSEKEEPING. one in paticular half asses the job regularly. But the 6 weeks I stayed there there has seen marked improvement. ACTIVITIES, IS FIRST RATE, the boss Ms. RHODA runs a tight ship, with kim, dan and ms.ann. YOU Always have things to do and COFFEE & SNACKS are always ready. Management is first rate ADMIN. Rich & the Dir. Of Nursing NIKEA are very, very Responsive to our needs. If you have a problem you can go to RICH. The administrator AND HE WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM. And I dont want to forget Ms. Theresa who runs admissions, she is caring and generous and goes over and beyond to help you. Straight facts! All in all. I RECOMMEND BATH MANOR.

The staff (most of them, especially the aides and nurses, and the therapy team) are amazing, nice, and kind. It's the management that's horrible..... They have been unfairly trying to throw me out for so long, finally this weekend they resorted to sending me to the hospital for a blood clot that was getting bigger and then call the social worker at the hospital and tell her not to bother sending me back. All because they refused to send the correct paperwork to my insurance. And this comes after one of the social workers threatens me with physical removal and gets about 2-inches from my face... And also they try to Stage a illegal home inspection at my Mom's house when it's clearly the duty of the therapists to do that and they have nothing to do with it..... I did nothing at all to deserve this treatment i was always nothing but nice and respectful to all the staff and the aides and whatnot and everybody got along with me.... So yeah if you wind up going here don't bother defending yourself because this is how you'll be treated if you do. Also beware that some of the aides here are abusive ( one of them left me nude in the bathroom and covered in excrement) and some of them will lie on your chart and say that you did more than you can actually do.... Thank you for listening.

I was referred here since I was having a lot of Falls st home. compared to the last place this place has been amazing ‘ ™ ‘ every single day I'm great better ‘ there is more peace. The staff is always good greeting you and always greeting you with a smile I highly recommend it. Bath manor at Smith rd. 1/27/23 update, while I still think this place is good, I've been here a month now. Apparently people don't like working in hospitals and nursing facilities since COVID ™, therfore it could take hours for help ©. At times it's hard if you're bed ridden, so you can be peeing all night ™ long.

Food - very bad. If you are diabetic you are just out of luck? It not unusual to have my call light on for 4 -6 hours .My insurance gives. Them 30min for therpy. It takes them 28 min to wheel. Mr there and back before,they come if they come at all . My.foley bag will go undisturbed for. 12 until it's overflowing I've had them.put urine cups with urine all.ovrr them from emptying it out my Foley and they lay it onmy..food table.. Drop ia few times then wipe with a dry wash cloth nothing I sanitized. ( Forgive the spelling.l only have one eye and that's not working hook this week.)

I came from the hospital to be transported here to Bath Manor. The night before at the hospital I was at. I saw the reviews for here. Now I'm really not wanting to go there because of the reviews I had read. Let me tell you. I have had to go to a nursing home twice before after major surgeries. I did not like it there. So based on past experience and the reviews I had read for Bath Manor. I was very much dreading coming here. After my stay here I want to say. I hope I never have to go to a nursing home again for any reason. But if I had to,I will be requesting to come back here. The first day that I arrived here the staff here so welcomed me to be here. It really took me off guard how very nice everyone was. They have a weekly to monthly menu. They give you so much food here, it's impossible to say your still hungry. If you do not like what's on the menu for that day. They have another menu you can choose what ever you want from that list to eat what you would like. I came in here as a Trac patient. The respiratory team here is awesome. Joe and Maureen are the two I had almost all the time. They are Wounderful. The nurses I had to care for me on a regular basis Lovely, Stephanie, there is another night nurse her name is Cathy. But one night my sugar was dropping, I asked for The nurse. She asked what I wanted I told her. And what would help and she brought that plus I believe it was part of her lunch here at work. It was home made and I so enjoyed the cake. The PT AND OT staff here is also great. And lastly but not least the two main aides here I had was Geneva, and Andrea. They are both awesome. The staff here is real good to help you to get what ever your needs are from meds to something to eat. Or to a listening ear. Also one day I was pretty discouraged and down, and a staff member named meme came to me to tell me something so personal. She had no idea to what I was going through or what I was feeling. But she just felt in her heart to tell me 4 words. Those 4 words money couldn't have bought what she said. And it so lifted my spirits up. I told her then what was going on, for her to understand why she felt to tell me what she did. I would very much say to bring your self or your loved one here. I actually enjoyed my stay here. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT BATH MANOR. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! They also have a wounderful social worker here. She was very helpful in helping me to get ready to leave her and my stay here. As I go home tomorrow 8-27-20.
