Both my mother and my father are here. My mother is in independent living and my father is in assisted living. This has been an extremely stressful process for me, but Seasons has been a real friend in helping all three of us down this path. The facilities are clean, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the food is delicious (I enjoy staying for meals with my parents) and Seasons offers so many activities and opportunities for residents to enjoy. Both of their conditions have improved tremendously and I feel comfortable being three hours away knowing that my parents are safe and well cared for.

As an Aging Life Care Professional, I have had several clients and family members both rehabilitate and live at The Seasons, and from start to finish, their experiences have been excellent. Working with the entire admissions team ” Liz, Jennifer, Josh, and Jim ” is always a pleasure. Theresa in Assisted Living is an added bonus for new residents, and having a dedicated move-in coordinator for the entire community truly sets The Seasons apart. Since Cincinnati no longer has a Jewish retirement community, The Seasons has done a wonderful job creating a pluralistic environment where individuals of all religions feel welcomed and included. From a professional standpoint, there are also many meaningful ways to get involved, from the Annual Winter Wonderland Conference to the Meet the Director lunches. My husband had a good experience here. The food was very good. Aides and Nurses were nice. The facility is beautiful and well kept. He was here for rehab and he made good progress in regaining his strength and in walking. He's been in four different care facilities for rehab due to different hospital stays and this was by far the best one.

My mom started in skilled living and then moved over to assisted living. She was treated well in both areas and enjoyed the staff and food. After a few months she felt strong enough to move back into her home. Shortly after, she fell and decided it was time to move into independent living permanently. Based on the great experienced she had the first time, she didn't look anywhere else and moved back into the Season's. She eats well, has plenty of activities for her to participate in if she chooses, and always has good things to say about the staff. My family enjoys visiting her there, and likes eating with her in the dining room.

Choosing Seasons when shopping for a retirement home 5 years ago was an easy choice. In this place is an outstanding, welcoming staff! I love the friends I have made and have learned from the educational programs. Seasons takes us to the Aronoff, the Playhouse in the Park and many other interesting venues around the city. Musical entertainment is a regular occurence. When I lost my husand last year I felt great comfort from the support of staff and friends. From upper management to the front desk and dining room, the staff is friendly, helpful and kind.

My 89 year old, active mother is very happy at Seasons. This review would be 5 stars if the food was better. The staff, especially activities, maintenance, powers that be and front desk, are nice and care about the residents. Really care. There is as much to do as you might want. Residents can be social or not. Unfortunately, the food is not good. It's fine when you are visiting and touring. The grilled chicken salad at lunch is good. As are the cookies. My mother does not like the loud dining room or being encouraged to sit with other residents so she chooses to get carry out and eat in her room. Picking up food is often chaos and many times the order is not there because other residents take the wrong bag. Delivery is an option you can pay for but not much better. You don't have to go downstairs, but that doesn't improve the food quality. It might be better if eaten fresh in the dining room. On the positive side, the lovely apartments have a tiny kitchen. My Mother can cook for herself. I highly recommend Seasons.

I judge a retirement community by the amount of activity going on when I enter. Do I see residents moving around, sitting having conversations, how I greeted when I entered and if accessible I like to review an activities for residents monthly calendar. The Seasons is an A+ all around considering the above. I have not had any input from a resident but if it is anything like the staff I have met then it should be A+ too!

My mother and our family have had a very positive experience at the Seasons. She has lived in all three facilities including Independent and assisted living, skilled nursing and now long term care. Moving and providing care for an elderly parent from a different state to a completely new environment is not an easy journey. Nick, the executive director, and his staff, have been extremely approachable, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning. Most are sincerely dedicated to their job and love caring for the elderly. I have found the environment in each facility clean, comfortable, and safe. Since mom has recently lived in assisted living (under the leadership of director Adam James) I have sincerely appreciated the friendly and hard working staff that I encounter every day. Most of these --including the two housekeeping girls, the dining room cook and serving staff, Amy and the cheerful activity staff, Amy the front desk angel, Donna the loving hairdresser, and Nick the maintenance guy --each truly try their very best and are so good with the residents! We would highly recommend Seasons to any family looking for a great facility to care for their elderly loved ones.

My mother first moved into the Seasons (independent living section) in Cincinnati, OH and it was a great fit for a while. As time went on, it became clear that she needed more support with her daily activities, both physically and mentally. Transitioning her to the Assisted Living side was one of the best decisions we’ve made for her care. From day one, Angie and her team of nurses and aides have been nothing short of exceptional. The facility itself is warm, clean, and welcoming, but what really stands out is the level of care and attention our mother receives. The staff communicates with us promptly and professionally, and”most importantly”they treat our mom with the respect and dignity she deservesand she’s happy! Thank you, Angie and the entire Seasons Assisted Living team, for giving our family peace of mind and our mother a safe, caring home.

Thank you to everyone at Seasons for taking care of my dad in assisted-living. He is 91 and in a wheelchair and mostly blind, but he really enjoys his apartment and especially the activities The nursing staff is quick to respond to issues as they arise. The social scene is also really important and my dad has made many new friends here as well as reconnecting with people he knew from years ago. When I’ve had questions like how to get my dad to a medical appointment, there’s always somebody to ask and they always try to make things work for me.

My husband and I have been here since May, 2024 and we love it. The accommodations are very nice and large enough for two people. There is so much to do , something for everyone. The staff and the residents are the best. It's a little pricey for just two meals a day with breakfast early in the morning being one of them. If you're looking for Independent living in a Senior Community with everything provided then, The Seasons is the place to be.

The Courtyard was well served by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The nurses were exceptional. The food was the well prepared and the meals well balanced. Rooms were kept very clean daily. The therapy department was excellent as well. I’ve been in three nursing homes (post surgeries) but The Seasons is by far the best.

I. Have been at seasons for 2 and a 1/2 years. and have been very pleased with the many and various activities presented. However, What has impressed me greatly is the Staff. They Take such great pains to make us feel comfortable and not a burden. The Seasons Retirement Community in Kenwood, Ohio has hosted luncheons and dinners for the Woman’s Club of the University of Cincinnati for the past three years. The set up and food are always perfection. More importantly, Liz, and the entire staff, make us feel so welcome. Several of our members have decided to become residents at the Season’s. The grounds are lovely, the interior beautifully designed, and the food is great. The residents living there appear happy and healthy. We are grateful for the professional and kind reception we always receive.

I would like to say that my wife and I had to fly up to Cincinnati to pick up my wife's grandmother up from Seasons. Grandma, Norma Ruocchio, recently, at 97 YOA, fell victim to carbon monoxide poisoning from her furnace...This tuff old lady survived that as she still wants to live by herself. (STUBBORN). As she was sent too seasons for physical therapy, she stated that the men and woman working there were always kind and so helpful...She also said she appreciated the activities that are always going on and the food was good. She wanted to thank everyone that helped her get back home. She would like to extend a blessing to all who work there. Thank you! God Bless and keep doing God's work...

The Season's has been our Red Hat place to meet for the past two years, for our Bunco Night. The staff have been wonderful to work with, especially Elizabeth Bangel-Stehlin, who is the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing. They are very accommodating to our needs. My parents have lived at Seasons for three years. I wanted to take the time to recognize their staff as always kind and helpful any time my parents have a need or I have a question. Of particular note is the amazing work of Season’s Programming Director Jill. She plans and provides for the residents an endless variety of opportunities, whether it’s celebrating the beginning of summer with a band, drinks and apps or socializing, heading to the symphony or the Aronoff for a play or providing an interesting speaker on history. My parents rave about her. What a gift.

As a former geriatric nurse I have seen my fair share of nursing facilities. I have to say that my stay in rehab has been amazing. The staff are very attentive to your needs. They have a very quick response when you put your light on for help. I would definitely recommend the Courtyard for your short term and long term care. The staff are amazing, very kind, it’s evident that they enjoy their job. Joy, Harper, and all the James are fantastic.can’t say enough positive things about my stay here.

The care I received at This facility is was Fantastic I am glad I had the opportunity to be cared for by the staff from all departments within this house concerning my care & recovery Excellent overall therapy. The individuals who work here in this facility house do care & they do follow Up to get Up. The Employees there keep it positive no matter what they are going thru, they each care about the patients there, the employees go out their way to help U get better period. I am Grateful for the entire staff, even maintenance who were working in the building. And don’t forget dietary all the kitchen staff thank you thank you immensely I also want to say thank you to the people that stayed over at that facility house when they should’ve went home 3 to 8 hours after this shift I appreciate you and I sent out kudos to the entire staff facility. Thank you for your response below - but may I get your name and phone number? I mentioned the Assisted Living Director did not return my voice message. The Assisted Living nurses have put in maintenance requests for your laundry machines - which do not work on each floor. My family member has been delivered the wrong breakfast every morning. We have contacted dietary to complain, but not resolved. She has a picture of a very dirty knife delivered with her breakfast. The breakfast and dinner are cold when delivered. I sat with my loved one at dinner 1 time, and 30 minutes later the wrong meal was delivered. The facility requires 1 month notice to be transported to a doctor's appointment. I recently helped moved a family member into Assisted Living. We have been disappointed. I called the nurse's station daily (2 times a day) - can't reach anyone. I left a voice message for Director of Assisted Living and never heard back. There is a single washer and dryer per floor. The dryers are broken on both floors. The nurses say it has been broken for a long time.

We moved my MIL into Seasons recently. Molly was unbelievably helpful. This was the first time we were looking for this type of place & were not sure which facility would be best. She made it easy for us to decide. The food didn’t hurt it’s really good.

I want to share my recent experience visiting The Seasons Retirement and Assisted Living Community in Cincinnati, Ohio. We were greeted by Molly Glosser, the sales counselor who spoke with us and showed us around. The Seasons is a beautiful facility and has so much to offer. Molly talked with us a good while and answered a number of questions regarding our special needs and circumstances. We were warmly received and made to feel very welcome and right at home. We were not rushed whatsoever. Molly showed us several units that might be suitable. She actually spoke to my family member and included him in the conversation. . . he loved it all! The ambiance is there, bright and cheerful. Residents you pass by are smiling and it sees enjoying themselves no matter what they're doing. The dining room was well appointed and beautiful **looks like a first class restaurant**! I would have loved to stay and eat dinner myself! The monthly activities calendar is full for each day and something for everyone to partake in. I cannot emphasize enough how much we liked it there, especially the potential new resident who viewed it with glee! Molly has gone out of her way since our visit to continue to answer our questions and is being flexible with our particular situation. I made the comment "I could live here" and I mean it. Molly said she hears that a lot from visitors showing their parents the facility. Who knows, this just might be my retirement residence down the road!

Seasons is a beautiful facility. As a healthcare professional, I have sent many patients there who have been happy with the experience. The location is ideal for families looking for a central place so everyone can visit. They have wonderful events for health care professionals, as well as some fun community events! My mother & I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Seasons. The vegetable soup was hearty, perfectly seasoned & very tasty. Our salads were a nice mix of blended greens topped with delicious homemade dressings. And of course, the chocolate chip cookies were absolutely awesome! Kudos to the kitchen staff for a delightful lunch experience!

We worked with Molly Glosser when we needed to find a new independent living apartment for my father. Molly was a great host and helped us through the process of understanding all that The Seasons had to offer to enrich my father's day to day life & activities, and to keep him safe. She was always there to answer our calls when we had a TON of them early in the process. Molly also aided us navigating and understanding the financial side of things, which was also extremely helpful.

I cannot express how amazing my experience was with Molly at The Seasons. I took my sister there yesterday for a tour. We were greeted at the front desk by a sign welcoming her by name and things just got better from there. Molly walked us thru every aspect of living there, took an interest in my sister’s interests and pointed out things that would help her feel comfortable. She answered every question we had, immediately answered several texts from me, and today we signed the papers. We have a large family, and finding a place we all thought would be perfect for our mother was going to be a daunting task! That is, until we met Molly at Seasons. From our first conversation I knew that Molly understood what we were looking for. She was patient, kind, knowledgable and easy to work with. My family moved my mother into The Seasons a week ago. We worked with Molly and she couldn’t have been anymore helpful! We met with her several times and she answered all of our questions and concerns. If I had a question I could text her and she got right back to me. She made this transition for my mother so much easier than we had ever imagined! She even checked up on my mother a few days into her move and texted me that she was doing well! I don’t think there is a better re-hab or skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati! Extremely happy with the care and attention given to my husband’s every need for his return to good health. The staff is outstanding, communication, excellent. We had our 54th anniversary and they went out of their way to make it special for us, much appreciated! Thanks to everyone working to get him home.

My family was thrilled that my mother landed a spot at this 5-star assisted living facility. She has a spacious studio apartment with a bay window overlooking a patio, trees and woods. In addition to plentiful amenities, Courtyard helped us immensely with the process of moving in. The family feels relieved she will get the care she needs, while living as independently as she is able to.

I truly enjoy the staff and everyone who has helped along the way to get my grandmother set up here. Trying to handle everything for my Grandmother 500 miles away is indeed stressful but with the help of staff I was able to do so with no complications. I am very grateful.

So far, my experience with Courtyard at Seasons has been good. My husband came first and is in the nursing part. Michelle, the social worker has been wonderful. She has been able to answer a lot of my questions. I found her to be very helpful. I have now become a part of Assisted Living. Amy R. was very helpful. We had many phone calls and a lot of questions. She always helped me to get the information that I needed. I have been at Seasons for less than a week, and so far my experience has been good. Everyone has absolutely made me feel welcome.

My grandmother has recently moved to Seasons, due to decreased mobility and lung capacity. The facilities (currently under renovation) are very nice, and the staff are incredibly patient and helpful. Rachel has been of particular assistance to my grandmother. Big kudos to her for helping to encourage my grandmother to be more sociable with her neighbors and fellow residents, and keeping her engaged throughout the difficult transition from independent to assisted living.

It was very difficult for my 92-year-old grandmother to leave her home of 50 years, but the Seasons has made it so much easier than we had ever hoped. The staff are kind, thoughtful, and incredibly respectful. The facilities are excellent (the common areas are currently under renovation expected to be complete in early 2020 and the mock-up looks great). My grandmother's one-bedroom apartment is cozy and up-to-date and has a great view of the landscaped courtyard and woods behind the building. My grandmother even likes the food -- again, something we had all but given up on. I'm so glad we found The Seasons and so glad my grandmother is there.

My grandmother entered this retirement facility last month for assisted living and the activities coordinator, Rachel, has done wonderful things for her. She's moving and engaging with others in a way that we wouldn't have thought possible a few weeks ago when she left the hospital. Thank you!

If you have someone elderly in your life who needs housing, you should drive to Seasons right away. I mean NOW. It is a terrific value”high quality and modestly priced. My 92 year-old mother was recently hospitalized in Hamilton for ten days and then spent two weeks in rehab at another facility. As her health declined I started looking at assisted-living communities closer to us in Terrace Park. I visited several in Cincinnati”all had the same institutional single rooms that made me think of a dungeon. There were old people parked in hallways rambling to themselves and the atmosphere was thick with futile desperation. Then I visited Seasons. Wow, what a difference. The staff was friendly, the residents were old, but mobile and happy. I chose a one-bedroom apartment for my mom, specifically because it wasn’t a single room like the place she left. She lived in a furnished apartment for a week at Seasons until we could get her furniture moved in to her new apartment. The nurses and aides have been extremely helpful andunlike other places, they don’t bad mouth the old folks or hang out on their phones when they aren’t with a resident. She gets three meals a day and they make sure she takes her meds. Whatever else she wants to do is up to her”although they encourage her to be active and even took her shopping one day! It had truly been a life-saving experience for my mom. When she arrived she was weak and apathetic. After being at Seasons for two weeks, she has energy, a desire to be around, and a few friends! She doesn’t complain about the food like the hospital and the other place. I attribute ALL the change to the fantastic staff at Seasons. Her nurse Patricia and her aide Edina have been terrific. Rachel, the Activities Coordinator, is the truly the best! And remember I said what a value it was? Well, her apartment is month-to-month (no long term give-us-all-your-assets-commitment) and the total cost is $3300 LESS a month than the place she hated! Currently (11/19) the Assisted Living building in undergoing some renovations, which shows me the company is investing in the property. They seem to be going section-by-section so the residents or services aren’t affected. Don’t place a loved one anywhere else until you visit Seasons. It is exceptional care at a great price. And one other thing: you won’t feel guilty when you visit unlike those other places.

A great place for seniors...everything I have seen and been a part of is top notch including admissions, transitions, therapy, and the nursing staff. Every employee really cares about all of the residents and it shows. A special thank you to the AL employees Rachel Hamm, Laura in therapy, and Nia, one of the outstanding nurses.

It is a beautiful place, friendly, mostly well kept, clean, lots of things for seniors to stay active. I don't live there, I work there but mostly with residents. So I cant say much else about the living there. Other than the people seem very happy to be there. A d that's a wonderful thing.

What a great place for Seniors! I cannot speak highly enough about every one at the Seasons. Very clean, cheerful and lots of activities to do. All residents seem very happy! This is a top notch facility!

This is only about Courtyard at Seasons. I was extremely disappointed with the care that my family member received. She stayed a week before we had her transferred to another facility. A week of inpatient rehab wasted.

My grandparents have been residents at Courtyard for over a year now. Although they live in separate areas (nursing & AL) they are able to continue to live together in many ways- from dining together, attending activities and spending time in each other’s rooms. Both AL and nursing staff know each of them and promote not only their physical well-being but also their psychological well being- neither could ever live happily without the other and the Seasons staff goes above and beyond for them. Living in their home for 50+ years and moving into an unfamiliar setting was difficult but the staff have truly made the transition comfortable and accepting. Our family has no doubts that they are in the best place possible! Thank you Seasons for all you do!
