Having worked in nursing homes for the last 11-12 years, I can honestly say I have never seen a facility where every resident I have encountered is genuinely content with the care their are recieving and had nothing but kind things to say about their experience. The administrative team is very knowledgeable and have strong clinical backgrounds. The new administrator is very attentive to staff and resident needs. The longevity of the staff there speaks volumes to the culture and care your loved one will recieve!

I have worked here for 11 + years now. It is one of the best companies I have worked for. We have a great team of caring employees who have worked hard through this pandemic. We have great Residents and Resident families who have been supportive and patient through this pandemic. I am thankful for them all. We try very hard to be the best in all we do. Whether you are looking for a job or for placement of a family member in need of care, we are a great choice!

My wife has been at O'Neill's for 7 better than the other one was.. This is another example of how great they are now and I have no complaints about the care she is getting, which is excellent. They even gave her a more comfortable wheelchair chair to use that reclines. The staff are always very nice to us and are always willing to help us with anything my wife needs. Today Lisa from physical therapy got my wife a brand new wheelchair that is even better than the other one was. This is another example of how great they are taking care of my wife.

Such an amazing place to work, the staff is amazing and the residents are so sweet. Sheila is the most hands on PCA I know, she shows nothing but genuine care and concern for each and every resident. She is truly a team player. So thankful for her she taught me everything I know about being the best aid I can be.

The head maintenance man Rick, controls all maintenance of all 5 buildings is above and beyond all people Ive ever know, Ive been a union boilermaker, and worked as as a certified pipefitters, never in 66 yrs ever know anybody that has the wisdom and knowledge that Rick has, Rick is truly one of a kind for all of 5 oNeill buildings he is worth his weight 5× in all oNeill buildings
