GreenView Inn was truly a blessing for our family. My grandmother lived there for over 11 years, and she absolutely loved it. When my dad would ask her if she ever wished to go back home, she would reply, "I am home" The staff always treated her and my family with kindness, dignity, and genuine care. Over the years, she built friendships, participated in activities, especially building puzzles, and enjoyed a quality of life that brought our family great peace of mind. Absolutely a deserved 5 star. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs a loving, helpful, family like assistant living. All questions, and requests are answered and you are taken care of right away. They have gone beyond our. Expectations. Here they even have a doctor visit once a week, church service, activities, yummy food, and a Van driver. Thank you to Jennifer and all the many competent staff members for all your help. Greenview is truly a home away from home. My aunt and our whole family are very grateful.

Greenview assisted living center is an exceptional facility, our family could not be more pleased! Our two-year experience with them has been amazing. My father was a resident of Greenview Assisted Living for 2 1/2 years. I could not have asked for a better place for him. Staff was always so polite to him as well as myself. I highly advise you to consider when you are looking for a place for your loved one.

I cannot say enough good things about my mothers respite stay at Greenview. The staff was so welcoming from the receptionist to the housekeepers. She raved about the food and she has pretty high standards, loved their salmon, cooked just right! The salon is a wonderful plus and there is always a activity happening. Thank you Green View for allowing us to get away knowing she was in such great hands!

The staff is always professional, caring and kind. The residents are addressed by name and treated with dignity and respect. Frequent activities and entertainment help keep residents engaged and active. I want my loved one to be here a home with me. Since that is not possible, GreenView is the next best thing. As a visitor I am warmly welcomed and the staff knows my name, too!

My mother had been at Greenview for 3 years, and I cannot say enough nice things about Jen and her team. Not only is the place well kept, and well staffed, the care that they show for all the residents is truly remarkable. I know it is difficult to place a loved one in an assisted living facility, but Greenview is one where they will go out of their way to make you and them feel at home.

I’ve lived in multiple states and have, unfortunately, had to put both of my parents and my partner’s parents into care facilities. With that said, greenview stood out. This was the first facility that did not rush to get my parent in, for the right reasons. They made sure they were the right fit. While they were assessing them, they ensured me that if it wasn’t a fit, they would help me find the right place. This solidified my trust in them. They aren’t here for the money, they are here to help seniors. My family has been so incredibly happy here. It’s never the best situation, but it’s the best it can be. I’m so grateful to the team, and especially Jennifer.

I have a positive rant! My 95 year old mother Alice Jamison went to Greenview assisted living in Green on a program called restbit. The program allowed my Mom to stay for almost a week in a beautiful luxury room complete with every home amenity she’s used to. The food to her delight was the best she’s ever had, which if you know my mom she’s a fantastic cook and pretty much prefers her own cooking to anybody else’s. She also went on and on about the staff and how everybody smiles and they are so willing to help you in every area. Mom cannot believe that she could get ice cream for lunch and dinner. She said bingo was so fun and she even won a game. She was also excited about getting her hair cut while being there for only $10.00 I just want to give a shout out to Jennifer Ringer and Bitsy, who helped so much with her accommodations while we were on a family vacation in Texas. I can’t tell you enough how much it meant for me to be away from my mother and know that she was in a very safe, fun, family oriented place close to our home. Thank you very much to the entire staff at Greenview. she loves you all! Mom said she can’t wait to go back and wants to know when our next trip is. So happy she was treated so kindly and loved. Thank you Jennifer Jesser Ringer Bitsy Clark and Jane Seibold Warmus for caring so much! BTW she said she even got a box of chocolates.

One one count , the place is beautiful and spotless. Thats about all i can say positive . Admin was friendly enough at my moms admission. Thats where it stopped. One DON , Karen , was extremely rude , ordered me to stop harrassing the staff , when i was merely trying to explain some particulars about my mom in her first week of residency. After 9 days, mom fell . Broke a hip . Not one phone call to follow up on her status . Her prior facility has contacted me offering sympathy and support . My mother could not return there due to her condition. Was just as happy we ended the relationship. If someone can speak for themself, it might be a fine place, but anyone who needs an advocate , i would avoid it .

After having my dad in Pleasant View in Barberton, this is like the Taj Mahal! It is clean, and my dad seems content. I don't like the additional charge of $30.00 for "Covid Supplies". Not sure what exactly they mean by Covid supplies, but there are no masks in my dad's room, and visitors need to pay a dollar if they didn't bring one. Some residents aren't even wearing masks in the common area. There is no perfect facility. It's important to be visible, speak up if you find issues, and be an advocate for your family member.

My mother has been here for almost 2 years. While it's the lowest priced facility around, they nickel and dime you to death as care increases. Sometimes to the point where it's the same price as the all inclusive facility down the street. While I love most of the staff, there is a high turn over rate which impacts the happiness of the residents. I have found there is a nutrition lack because "we don't cater to specialty diets" but can accommodate low salt, low carb diets. Offering someone the same things day in and day out isn't healthy for them. I've reached out and heard nothing back from the owner.
