The staff is always professional, caring and kind. The residents are addressed by name and treated with dignity and respect. Frequent activities and entertainment help keep residents engaged and active. I want my loved one to be here a home with me. Since that is not possible, GreenView is the next best thing. As a visitor I am warmly welcomed and the staff knows my name, too!

My mother had been at Greenview for 3 years, and I cannot say enough nice things about Jen and her team. Not only is the place well kept, and well staffed, the care that they show for all the residents is truly remarkable. I know it is difficult to place a loved one in an assisted living facility, but Greenview is one where they will go out of their way to make you and them feel at home.

I've lived in multiple states and have, unfortunately, had to put both of my parents and my partner's parents into care facilities. With that said, greenview stood out. This was the first facility that did not rush to get my parent in, for the right reasons. They made sure they were the right fit. While they were assessing them, they ensured me that if it wasn't a fit, they would help me find the right place. This solidified my trust in them. They aren't here for the money, they are here to help seniors. My family has been so incredibly happy here. It's never the best situation, but it's the best it can be. I'm so grateful to the team, and especially Jennifer.

I have a positive rant! My 95 year old mother Alice Jamison went to Greenview assisted living in Green on a program called restbit. The program allowed my Mom to stay for almost a week in a beautiful luxury room complete with every home amenity she's used to. The food to her delight was the best she's ever had, which if you know my mom she's a fantastic cook and pretty much prefers her own cooking to anybody else's. She also went on and on about the staff and how everybody smiles and they are so willing to help you in every area. Mom cannot believe that she could get ice cream for lunch and dinner. She said bingo was so fun and she even won a game. She was also excited about getting her hair cut while being there for only $10.00 I just want to give a shout out to Jennifer Ringer and Bitsy, who helped so much with her accommodations while we were on a family vacation in Texas. I can't tell you enough how much it meant for me to be away from my mother and know that she was in a very safe, fun, family oriented place close to our home. Thank you very much to the entire staff at Greenview. she loves you all! Mom said she can't wait to go back and wants to know when our next trip is. So happy she was treated so kindly and loved. Thank you Jennifer Jesser Ringer Bitsy Clark and Jane Seibold Warmus for caring so much! BTW she said she even got a box of chocolates.

I have had several family members live at GreenView throughout the years. I love that it is locally and family owned. They are fair priced, clean and the staff is so wonderful to all the residents. It is a true family business.

After having my dad in Pleasant View in Barberton, this is like the Taj Mahal! It is clean, and my dad seems content. I don't like the additional charge of $30.00 for "Covid Supplies". Not sure what exactly they mean by Covid supplies, but there are no masks in my dad's room, and visitors need to pay a dollar if they didn't bring one. Some residents aren't even wearing masks in the common area. There is no perfect facility. It's important to be visible, speak up if you find issues, and be an advocate for your family member.

My mother has been here for almost 2 years. While its the lowest priced facility around, they nickel and dime you to death as care increases. Sometimes to the point where its the same price as the all inclusive facility down the street. While I love most of the staff, there is a high turn over rate which impacts the happiness of the residents. I have found there is a nutrition lack because we dont cater to specialty diets but can accommodate low salt, low carb diets. Offering someone the same things day in and day out isnt healthy for them. Ive reached out and heard nothing back from the owner.

She likes where shes at and enjoying her retirement - that means the world to me especially because I live so far away. I currently have my aunt living in the assisted living side of the community and we could not be happier with the love and care she receives from EVERY staff member, and how clean the environment is. GreenView is one big family and the most affordable in the City of Green.

Just a word from a family that has had several of our seniors reside at Greenview. This is a good home for a senior. Our most recent resident was a special care patient and received a lot of TLC from the staff there. Debbie was Dads favorite but there were others who showed their care in the loving way they performed their jobs. Thanks for being there for us, Greenview, please continue to love and care.

I was the Salon Manager for the first 12 years. Kindness in the staff, nursing and house keeping, We all tried to make residents feel comfortable and loved. I loved my job. Retired in 2014 to care for my 86 year old Mom who is now 90.

My dear mom lived at The Greenview Inn till her death this year and her stay there was just wonderful! The staff are the most wonderful and caring people not only to her but to us as well! My brother also has been living there now for over 8 years. He feels the same way....content and cared for. The Greenview Inn staff will always have a special place in my heart.

My father was a resident at Greenview for 5 years and the accommodations and care he received was excellent. Due to his medical issues the nursing staff was excellent and very attentive to his care. You can see and feel the love they have for their residents. It is not just a job for them.5 stars
