my mother has been in skilled nursing for over 4 years and my aunt has lived in independent living for at least 5yrs. My mother has been given kind and gentle care by all the nurses and aides in skilled nursing. (she previously lived in assisted nursing.) My aunt recently became ill and also became a patient in skilled nursing and because of her illness she passed. The family and I appreciate all that kindness skilled nursing extended to them.

On my most recent Rental Transaction with Angela Viviani, Director of Marketing at Silverwoods and her dedicated Team went “above and beyond” to accommodate my VA Tenant that relocated from to another state to return to his Jersey Shore roots. Upon arriving, he was met with a few unexpected moving issues including a motor vehicle accident. Now settled, he’s been able to revisit his favorite Jersey Shoe Beaches , whiles living nearby where he grew up, his siblings and just blocks away from his Daughter, SIL and Grandkids. My Mom has been a resident at Arbor since June 2019. I knew the first time I walked in that Arbor was special. The staff is amazing. I know she is cared for and made to feel at home. The aides and nursing staff know her and her needs. They make her laugh. When I visit (and I visit often), they touch base with me and keep me informed of everything. I know she is more than just safe–she is happy! Kate, Kerry, on the memory ward and Marie behind the desk go above and beyond. I am very happy with everything at Arbor Terrace in Roseland!!!!

The Spring Hills staff went above and beyond to make sure my great aunt’s move-in process seamless and most importantly, making sure she felt right at home from the second she got there.
