Ranking The Best Senior Living Facilities in Missouri
How did we arrive at the best Missouri assisted living communities? Ranking anything in a state as large as Missouri is no easy feat. We looked at reviews left on our website as well as those on Facebook and Google, and assigned each provider a score on a 1 to 5 scale. Reviews are a great starting point, but they don’t tell the whole story. We then checked with the Missouri Department of Health to make sure no citations or violations had been reported for the resulting providers.
The median price for an assisted living center in Missouri is roughly $2,950 per month. Facilities that provide skilled nursing or memory care will be more expensive, and most homes include meals, basic amenities, and services in their monthly rate. Where do I begin… My Mom was in the Alzheimer’s unit at Tiffany for several years before her passing. The level of care and love she received from all the staff, even down to the maintenance workers, was outstanding! My Dad still lives in an apartment there and the level of care continues for him. Mary, the director, is over the top! She does an incredible job and has a special place in our hearts! She even takes the time to have a standing “date” with my Dad every Friday afternoon! Love her and Tiffany Springs!

My mother was here for a 3 week stay in rehab. She had fallen and broke her hip. I visited her almost every day and the staff from the front door to her room and back were so wonderful. I cannot thank them all enough for everything they did to help my mom be able to come home. The meals were always great as well. Oh the gals that worked the eating area in rehab were a hoot!! Plus they went above and beyond to make that pleasant!! God bless you all!! Thank you for everything!!

My 90 year old Mother was in the skilled nursing facility at Surrey Place. She had a fall at home and was admitted to SP due to a broken bone in her leg. She was there for approximately 7 1/2 weeks. Mom received fabulous care by every person who helped her recover! All staff members, including but not limited to, front desk personnel, kitchen/food delivery, maintenance, entertainment, crafts, doctors, nurses, OT, PT, supervisor, cleaning crew, shuttle driver, doggy visits were OUTSTANDING!! AAA+++ THANKS and HUGS to ALL of you!!! Mom is back home and doing GREAT!! TD 🙂
