It's clean and the staff for the most part is friendly. It was my 1st time there. So I'll see how "friendly" and clean they are when my mother arrives. If the star rises or falls

During my recent tour of the facility, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. Derrick, one of the administrators, guided the tour, showcasing his extensive knowledge about the facility. Throughout the tour, Derrick warmly greeted both residents and staff, which I found particularly impressive. His approachable demeanor and familiarity with everyone added a personal touch to the visit.

We moved my Mom to Foxwood Springs in June. I can’t say enough about how awesome this is for her in Independent Living at 87 years old. Today she is planning to listen to a Brass Quartet play and earlier this week a local choir came. They have a Hair Salon, Drivers and Bistro in addition to the dining room. It is a hop and skip from Overland Park and Belton Regional Hospital. I called over 40 places in Ohio and Atlanta and Kansas researching Independent living properties and settled here as it is very nice and affordable. They have a wonderful staff with very kind people. I highly recommend Foxwood Springs!

My mother was here for a 3 week stay in rehab. She had fallen and broke her hip. I visited her almost every day and the staff from the front door to her room and back were so wonderful. I cannot thank them all enough for everything they did to help my mom be able to come home. The meals were always great as well. Oh the gals that worked the eating area in rehab were a hoot!! Plus they went above and beyond to make that pleasant!! God bless you all!! Thank you for everything!!

My dad was in rehab there 3 times in 2021. The staff in rehab went above and beyond. When ever he needed anything they we’re pretty promont on getting it. I could always tell them what I seen was going on with him that day and they would keep an extra eye on it. Like one time his blood pressure was really hi. I asked the cna to keep an extra eye on him he said he was, he would not be leaving the area my dad was in and if he did someone would be there. He had a cna that was great with him and he loved her too. They would let us going to the dinning room and eat with him we also brought fast food in for him and other stuff. One time he was in the dinning room and got upset because he knew he needed to take care of my mom and he couldn’t do it and his cna seen he was upset and came and took him out of the dinning room immediately. He ended up having to go to there long term care. The staff there was great with him. He has a nurse that he loved that gave him his medicine they used to do head bumps. She could get him to take his medicine and sometimes eat when he didn’t want to. One time he had a coughing attack and they were right there. When I left he was asleep and the activity director brought him over in his wheelchair it was a reclining one and kept an extra eye on him. They also had him dressed every day both in rehab and long term care. The social workers were great especially with helping us nevigate through Medicare and having to put him on hospice. The front staff was always friendly. It was always clean and didn’t smell like other nursing homes I have been in. I would totally recommend them for your loved ones.

They only show you the nice comments, they will never display the negative reviews because the negative ones far exceed the positive reviews. This place needs to be shut down, people are dying in here for God's sake!!! Do not, I repeat do not send your loved one to this facility, you will be sorry and it will be a short stay unless you plan on staying with them and monitoring their every move. Otherwise, the end result will not be a good one. If you love your loved one, do not put them in this facility!

Foxwood is an OLD facility. (1977?). My mom has been at Foxwood since about 2005. She was in an independent living apartment until 2 yrs ago. I don’t have ANY complaints with the apartments. They have done updates to the apartments as they are vacated. You better hope your loved one dies in an apartment! The Assisted living area quarters are vintage 1977. They are run down and dreary. My mom was there for 2 yrs. She has been in memory care for a month -worse than AL. Trying to move my mom out ASAP! I was told Medicaid would pay for up to 100 days. After about 3 weeks we were told that they are cutting off Medicaid and going on private pay even after the neurologist had said that it would take 1-2 months for her new Rx to kick in. Feel like staff pass the buck on why and can’t/won’t put in writing my mom’s care assessment!

I have been a nurse here at Foxwood Springs going into my 4th year. I love my residents and co workers. Our team works very hard to care for our loved residents, and I think a lot of times people do not understand what time, skill, training, love, critical thinking, strength it takes to work in long term care. With that being said, I am so proud of the team I work with and I am more proud to be a part of that team. I have worked LTC for over 15 years and Foxwood Springs is by far the best experience I as a nurse have had in my career

I am a frequent visitor at Foxwood Springs. All of the staff I have encountered are always courteous and kind. On my most recent visit a nurse named Betty W. was especially helpful. She went out of her way to help me locate the room of a resident and even made a suggestion to label my equipment. That's when I realized I had forgotten to do this important task. I appreciate her attention to detail. I would certainly recommend Foxwood Springs to anyone looking for a caring group of people to care for their loved one.

Recently I've had the opportunity of recovering from a broken hip and injured foot and leg at Foxwood Springs Rehabilitation Center in Raymore, Mo. It has been a wonderful experience. The room was bright and comfortable. The staff was super attentive and kind. They strived to meet my every need with kindness. I give Foxwood five stars without any hesitation.

As much as I love my little home, I know I will miss the care and special attention i have received in Rehab and Therapy. I liked the friendly atmosphere and creative ways they made therapy fun. Mealtime was enjoyable, meeting new people and talking about our different interests and what we used to do! And the food was excellent with many choices. My 3 weeks stay here has been very pleasant thanks to all the nurses and caretakers who were so loving and kind to me and thanks to our wonderful Lord!!

If your loved one has any amount of dementia do not bring them to this place. My wife has been at foxwood for a week for physical therapy for a broken hip the doctor just pinned, and has already fallen twice. They tell you they are understaffed. If they cant take care of old folks what the hell are they doing? Its an old folks home for Christ sake. I stayed with her day and night for a week and as soon as I left she fell. Then again today. Im getting her out of there ASAP. Dont even think about bringing someone you love here, you wouldnt believe some of what Ive heard since Ive been here. Update,, they are trying to work with us now. Well see what happens in the next day or two. Tammy is only following orders but its rediculous, cant lay down at 7:00. My wife doesnt have long to live, Ive known this for a long time. They are discharging her Friday. I guess since shell be back home with people who know her best soon they have to make her suffer for the hell of it.

I am an employee at Foxwood Springs. I have worked in several different senior living communities and have 13 years' experience in the industry. In all my time working in senior living I have yet to come across another community that exudes the kind of care and compassion that this community has on display. There is a culture here--both amongst staff and residents--that gives Foxwood Springs a feeling of warmth, and there is a seriously impressive amount of longevity amongst the staff (an entire stretch of wall is dedicated to staff who have worked at the community for 15 years or more and it is full). Anyone who is considering senior living options in the Belton/Raymore area should come check out what Foxwood Springs has to offer. I would recommend them to anybody, close friends and family members included.

My father is currently living at Foxwood Springs in Raymore Missouri. It has been a very difficult struggle for him after losing his independence but the staff at Foxwood have been absolutely incredible! I'm so grateful for the support they have provided and the unbelievable nurses that care very much for the residents. Kristy, Dan, Leslie, Karen, Danielle, Cindy, Denise, LeLe, and so on...they are worth millions and I have zero to say negative about the care of these wonderful people! Thank God for places like this!! Keep Foxwood in mind if you ever have to find support for yourself or a loved one. ??
