New owners, keep raising rent. Love the place but won't be able to afford living h

My best friend chose this place after visiting similar cottages in Iowa owned by the same company... she loves it there,& the new manager is wonderful ... The cottages are on process of remodeling kitchens and putting in new flooring as residents move out... the apartments are very spacious, even the one bedroom,& you can rent garages as they are available ... it's nice, quiet, and has every amenity within a mile; washer dryer hookups are in each apartment, but there are washer dryers in the office Community Room... they do a lot as a community, but you can do as much or little as you like... They feel more like a townhome inside
