Wished I could have given 0 stars. PLEASE, PLEASE do not put your loved one in this facility. Our loved one was transferred to this facility from the hospital for rehabilitation. She was confined to a bed/wheelchair following two strokes. She required assistance with meals and bathing. However, there were several instances where her needs were not met the short time she was there. In one instance, we waited 45 minutes after using the call button to request assistance. The staff completely ignored her need for help. We had to roam the halls to find someone which still took them another 10-15 minutes to come into her room. Thank goodness we were there to get her help. I would hate to think what might have happened had we not been there. She was totally ignored and neglected in this facility. She was not cared for per physician’s orders. How horrific to learn they did not care if she lived or died. As you can imagine, we moved her to a better facility as quickly as possible.

My mother gets very good care at this place! The nursing staff listen and respond to needs and concerns. She likes the food there. The staff is caring and responsive. Thank you for taking care of my mom!

Great place my mother went to that nursing home and may of 2006 to January of 2007 it is a good place I recommend it to everyone they have a good variety of things to do and it is very neat and established and very religious

Mom was there about 12 weeks. I grew to care for individuals who looked after her. There is no perfect place in skilled nursing unless you have 24/7 individual care. And then you aren’t so sure anyway. Don’t take your loved one any place to just drop them off and assume people will take over. There is no way for individual care givers to know all about your loved one. Help the caregivers understand the needs. Understand the work load of the caregivers during these times. Be present for you loved ones. Beautiful Savior Skilled nursing is actually pretty ok. Treat them with respect for their jobs which is very difficult. It took me a long minute but came to understand them well. Ask yourself, is there anyplace good enough for your loved ones? Beautiful Savior may not be pretty inside or out but they do care. Go to a new place with fancy stuff on the inside and find out if that will increase the level of care. For myself, I’m grateful to Beautiful Savior and those that were dedicated to caring for mom.

I work as a nurse at this home for a year now. Staff is caring and make extra effort to met Residents needs. We have opening dining times for all meals and snacks.

My dad was in the Beautiful Savior for 4 1, 2 years. He had sever dementia and was in a wheel chair. They have activities everyday he could participate in. The staff was very kind and helpful to us. My mom would go basically everyday to see him and I would go weekly and sometimes more. His med were given everyday and checked on by staff. Working at a care facility home with older elderly patient is not the easiest job to have. My mom now volunteers there to help with bingo and birthday parties and other activities which also helps her.

I quit this place after 7 months of employment, for the most part it wasnt bad. I would say that my only real problem was the Adminstrator, BRENDA BUFFORD. She is Rude!!! And Childish

I give the home a 4.5. I was admitted for 10 days in their rehabilitation unit. I received excellent care. The Medical team was skilled and professional. Medication was given consistently on time with 100% accuracy. I was assisted getting in and out of bed. Every time I pushed the call button assistance was quickly administered even during shift change. Any medical needs were 100% given and my wants were fulfilled as well. Staff was cheerful and appeared to love their job. They were compassionate and understanding of the stressed caused by my residency. They welcomed my family and their concerns. My husband ate meals with me and he was not charged. The food was tasty, not over seasoned or too bland. The meat was tender, juicy, and not over cooked. A wide selection of fruits and vegetables were offered with each meal. Meals were served in the dinning room or private rooms. I could choose from the daily special or order from a large selection of entrée. There was a large selection of snacks. The residence appeared happy and interacted with each other. There was extra daily activity offered to the residence. Intake and discharge was easy. The home was built in 1969 and in need of a face lift, but it was clean, orderly and without offending smell. My trash was emptied every shift. My floor was mopped frequently. The dinning room floor was mopped after ever meal and sometimes during meals. I have been in another rehab program and Beautiful Savior far exceeds the care I got there. If I ever need care again I hope Beautiful Savior will have a bed for me

My mom has been here for 6 years and it has been an absolute blessing. Theyre caring, kind, professional and loving. They have an exceptional workout, exercise director who leads them compassionately thru a great regiment & knew them by name and knew their personal exercise needs and limits. The food is tremendous - home cooked quality served with personal service - amazing in a facility environment. Special events happen - a country music singer guitar player sang for an hour plus at the Sept. Birthday party today - Im visiting my mom now. The admin. patiently and creatively worked through the financial and medical requirements to have my mom well cared for here . Our Beautiful Savior Home health care professionals kindly and courteously and expertly and respectfully care for my mom with MS and wheelchair needs. The staff cares for the residents with the care and compassion of Jesus Christ and in His name which is special with eternal blessing for those touched by this beautiful ministry. Ive had the blessing of working around senior care and assisted living facilities in my profession for quite a bit of time in various states and this is the home I would prefer my mom to be in because of how they love and care for her.
