I love working for this company! The pay is very fair and I love love love the residents I work with. My only complaint would be the time off policy but other than that great job ADC!

I am a new hire but I can say this job is not for everyone and they tell you that the first thing before training. I do wish the pay was a little more as I have 30 years experience but after being at two of their locations this is a much better option than a care facility. All of the staff I have met have been sincerely nice and so far I enjoy it and having the sense of purpose when I leave for the day that I made a little bit of a difference in someone's life

As soon as you guys realized I was homeless living out my car I became "unfit" when I showed up everyday for work, worked hard and came in everyday positive but than you guys fired me for culture differences, because I'm not stuck up and rich like the owners? So much for "compassion"!!!
