I can't speak highly enough about Tiffany Springs Senior Living. My parents moved into Independent Living 5 years ago as "founders" when the complex opened. We chose Tiffany Springs Senior Living because of the continuity of care as my parents aged. As expected, they eventually moved to Assisted Living and most recently my mom moved to Memory Care. Working with the same staff to keep her care and experience consistent was a godsend. My mother passed away recently and the care she received from the Memory Care staff was above and beyond. The Assisted Living/Memory Care director Josh has built a caring and excellent staff and is always there for the families. He has been such a support to us. The nurses Joyce and Augustina are as compassionate as they are efficient - as are the many aides and med techs I have encountered over the years in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Tiffany Springs Senior Living has became a second family to us and I highly recommend it for other families' loved ones.

My mom was a resident at Tiffany Springs Independent Living from 2019-2022. She was in the first 100 residence at this location. She then moved to Tiffany Springs Assisted Living from June 2022-July 2024. She enjoyed her experience especially in assisted living where she quickly became a part of her new community making friends and participating in social activities. She often commented on how much she enjoyed the food. I spent several hours at Tiffany Springs, multiple days a week for two years while she lived in A.L. She experienced truly top level care from some really great staff members over the last few months. A special shout out and thank you to Josh, Mimi, Pauline, Dawn, Crystal, Kristen, Harriette, Joyce, Augustina, Manasek, Lori, Heather, El, Jennifer, and Kelsie. My mom really felt the genuine affection reflected in the care each of you provided for her. No place is perfect but I felt like anytime there was an issue these team members were ready to problem solve for my mom's best interest and well being. My mom was in hospice the last 9 months she lived at Tiffany Springs. This required coordination and teamwork between hospice, A.L. and pharmacy, 3 independent agencies. I think this is where better systems and communication could be in place to ensure new hospice medicine orders or changes were correct and turned around in a more timely manner. There were a couple of mistakes that occurred with med orders but were quickly rectified when noted by family. Also wanted to say thank you to Anne and Lynette at the front desk. Their helpfulness, kindness, and consistently cheerful greetings really set a positive tone for the day. I loved that if they didn't know an answer to something they always knew who to contact. Thank you Tiffany Springs staff for creating such a warm and caring community and experience for my mom and our family. We are grateful.

Tiffany Senior Living has been a great experience for our family. From the nursing staff/therapists, on up to the administrators…they are all very caring and accommodating. They truly want what's best for the residents. It is the type of place where you will know all of the staff's name within days if you make the effort to show up and be there for your loved one. I like that the turnover is minimal there which keeps things consistent and familiar to the residents. The activity director has the best interest of the residents and goes above and beyond in planning fun activities for them to keep them busy/entertained. The food selection is great…options are given for meals. The therapists provide OT, PT & Speech- they are all fantastic. I can't say enough good things about this facility and their staff. The only downfall is the price.

I am a resident of Tiffany Springs Senior Living. I have lived here for 5 months. I wanted to write a short review to let you know how wonderful this facility is. The residents, staff and management staff are five stars. I came in knowing no one but found staff and residents friendly and helpful. The staff welcome all comments and even better, they approach you on a daily basis with a warm hello. Staff listen to comments and suggestions and if it is possible they will incorporate changes. The staff is also caring of each resident and that comes from displaying empathy on a daily basis as well as helping our days to go better. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants to come in and be a part of the extended family that continues to grow and improve on a daily basis.

Encourage you and praise your efforts. I retired from 44 years of nursing and I know quality care when I see it.

Treatment by employees is horrible.While there, pushed call button and waited over an hour for someone to respond. Then employee came in with an attitude like I inconvenienced her by pushing the button. Bed was never touched all day. No one ever came around to tell you about any activities taking place. Room was never cleaned. Experience was horrible. Never going back there.

Patient care is horrible. You're lucky if they come check on you no more than twice a day. Pushing call button doesn't help. Takes 15-20 minutes to respond. Meals are brought to your room. No social interaction with other residents.

I was advised to go to a facility for rehab by St. Lukes Hospital, so I chose Tiffany Springs. Everyone I have encountered was highly skilled and very sensitive to my personal needs. A number of the staff members went out of their way to resolve my concerns. A prime example was when I had three appointments in one day that my wife had scheduled. When she was unavailable to take me to the appointments, Tiffany Springs assigned a driver, Wes, to escort me for the day and he did absolutely outstanding. He is truly a five-star employee. Beth S. with social services is a superstar. All my nurses were attentive and outstanding. Upon advice from the staff, I started going to the dining room for meals, where I made friends and had better meals. Every person in the physical therapy staff was very skilled and knew the therapy that I needed. That therapy and concierge staff were absolutely outstanding. I was treated extremely well during my stay here.

My father came in after having 4 back to back surgeries at the hospital and was really weak and incoherent. The staff was great with him. Truly worked with him to get him up and get his strength back. I am grateful for the staffs help and assistance.We went to visit(through the window) and I called to inquire from the parking lot as to where my fathers room was and in NO time at all they ran down to his room to open his window shades so that his grandbabies could see him. They truly were a blessing

I work at this facility as a volunteer, 2-3 days per week and I have for 1 year. My experience here has been very good. There are many nice people who work here. Many of the care-givers sincerely care about the patients here, especially the girls in activities (Madi Tuxhorn and Mandy Davidson), as well as many of the people that work in therapy, as well as in nursing. The administrator (Justin Vaughn) is exceptionally nice as well. I plan to continue to volunteer here, due to the many nice and positive people.

I came to Tiffany Springs as a rehab patient for a broken ankle. I was so pleased with the facilities and the care that when it was necessary to move from my home this is where I chose. Ive been so happy with the rehab therapy and the social activities that I know I made the right choice. It was hard for me to make the move, but my family and I agreed together. Now I enjoy the exercise group, community outings, our garden club and all Tiffany Springs has to offer. Its family now!

The staff that care for the patients here couldnt be more dedicated. There is such a positive vibe when you enter the building. Not only is it beautiful inside, but it doesnt smell. The restaurant style dining is something to see and seeing the management staff engage with the patients during events and activities is heartwarming. They recently held an around the world event where the patients got passports and tasted food and drink from different countries. They even have a 4 pound furry friend for puppy therapy. This place is something special.

Tiffany Springs was my fathers and our families 1st choice. I simply got back in touch with Teresa W. and she helped coordinate everything with me; and directly with the hospital. The staff has remained pretty consistent, which is a good sign. The physical therapy staff is top notch. The overall staff is communicating, well.It is time for a new menu. While the food is good, after two week-long stays, Dad has made his way through the menu;)Good Job, Teresa and all of Tiffany Springs Rehab. I am sure other families will have a good experience with your welcoming facility.

I did an internship here in the wellness & activities department and instantly fell in love! Shortly after I received a position working here but recently had to leave due to graduate school. The staff is so welcoming and they have nothing but love and care for their residents! They are always putting the residents needs and desires before their own. I have truly never seen a place so beautiful and welcoming. So many opportunities to get involved and stay busy, residents never get bored. If youre looking for rehab this is the place to go. The therapists are so determined and thorough at what they do. This place is fairly new and has areas of growth just like anywhere else but I can already see the potential it has reached and only expect even bigger growth for the future! I am blessed to have found this place and recommend it for anyone looking for a rehabilitation facility or long term care!
