I spent 3 weeks here following back surgery, and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. The rehab folks and staff at Linden Woods were professional and personal making for a successful experience.

This is a lovely facility. The Independent Living units are well arranged and clean, and the amenities are good. Friends who have had family members live there say that it is a wonderfully friendly and well-run facility. Also, I have a friend in an Assisted Living unit and it is nice, too. When I am ready to sell my home and move, I will probably go there if there is a vacancy.

I recently toured Linden Woods Village. It is extremely close to my house and recommended by a friend of mine. The facility was clean and staff friendly. I really liked the concept and hope they have an opening soon for my loved one.

I've been an employee for Linden Woods Village going on 2 years now. It is such an atmosphere of promoting kindness among team members and residents that it warms my heart every day. The focus on making sure residents' needs and wants are fulfilled is top notch. I love how all the departments work together as a team to make the Community a great place to live for all our residents. Countless times I've witnessed folks that have come for rehabilitation care not wanting to leave when it was time to discharge. They want to stay because of the care and sense of belonging they feel. The folks who work at this Community have the "it" factor for the healthcare field...from Administration to Management to floor staff. I'm proud to go to work every day and be a part of it.

I would like to THANK Angie and the staff at Linden Woods Village for welcoming my mother and making her feel at home! We really appreciate the exceptional care from the nurses, therapists and aides. She was taken there last week for rehab. The facility is clean, comfortable and they have lots of activities on the skilled nursing side (which really amazed me! ) Can't thank everyone enough, and would highly recommend to anyone that is in need of rehab or skilled nursing!

We toured this facility looking for a place for a family member. Laura provided all the information that we could even imagine we might need. There are so many neat areas around for the residents to find community and the space is calm and welcoming. We are working through the assessment process now and looking forward to getting him settled there.

Everyone there has bent over backwards to help and care for my mom. One of her nurses, John can soothe her ruffled feathers, tease her out of a bad mood and gain compliance. Alan Bunn, who makes sure he is the one who transports her to all her doctor appointments is an absolute angel! He brought her a Frosty when he picked her up from a rough appointment, bought her a watch when she was fretting about hers not working. He encourages her as well as my sister and me while we're all trying to figure out this last stage. We wouldn't have Mom anywhere else!!!

Laura Rainey and all of the staff are truly caring professionals. My mother-in law had a difficult time adjusting and they all went out of the way to make sure that all of her needs were taken care of. My husband and I would highly recommend to anyone this facility!

I spent almost 6 weeks rehabbing at LWV during April and May, 2022. The facility is lovely and the visitor policies were generous. Most of the staff bent over backwards to be helpful and the other patients I met were wonderful and were generally happy and well cared for. The food was generally average with occasional nice surprises, and an alternate menu was available when the general menu couldn't accommodate dietary restrictions. The activities were well planned and well executed and Lindsey and Nikki, the director and assistant in my area, were very friendly and professional with all of the patients. The physical therapy department had several excellent standouts including Aileen (OT), Lindsey, and Bailey. PT and OT are not scheduled, so I never knew when or if I would have them, but they were generally helpful in my recovery. The office staff was also very helpful and accessible, and Angie and Ceve helped me navigate many aspects of my care. The on-site beautician, Natasha, was excellent and helpful with patients. Staff highlights included John, an excellent and caring day nurse who got me through many rough challenges but who no longer works there, Agata, an amazing and very professional night nurse who became a friend, Chris, my problem-solving friendly night nurse, day nurse Taylor who was proactive in my care, and other good nurses Christine, Christina, Kristi, and Shandle. The med techs and CNAs were very active in my care and most were excellent and caring including Lindsay, Nick, Shandle, Jordan, Aubrey, Byard, Jessica, and Angie. The kitchen staff worked hard to accommodate individual preferences, but meal times varied by as much as an hour at times. Staffing issues in all departments occasionally presented challenges. I generally felt well cared for and would recommend this facility to anyone seeking short-term rehab.

When I came to visit Linden Woods, my conversation with Laura Rainey was very informative. She did a very nice job of explaining all the details about the facility and how they all work together. I was able to see some of the information related to the different floor plans. I enjoyed the visit and the opportunity to see some of the different plans & the other parts of the building. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly & shared valid information. I look forward to the possibility of becoming a resident in the near future. Thank you for your kindness & patience. Barb

Wonderful staff & nurses & rehabilitation staff & aides,. I've been here over 2 weeks & with help here I could not have done the recovery alone. Their expertise has made me move better & I say baby steps which is so true with a Total knee replacement. Very painful surgery but I feel I've getting the pain a little in control but ice packs, therapy with Erin & Anna & with help of some meds is making me get stronger each day. The transportation service has been wonderful to take me to & from my post op appointment with the help of Alan Bunn. A very kind & helpful man. I appreciate all who has helped me. I am so grateful & fortunate to be at Lindenwood Rehabilitation it is helping me so much. Teresa Pisciotta

I am new with Linden but I want to give 5 stars for my introduction to them. My husband fell and broke his hip. Putting him anywhere except home has been one of the hardest decisions ever. Linden Woods is the only place I have found that has a chat room on their webpage. They have answered my first call within 3 minutes then stayed on the chat as long as I need. If I have had to call and leave a message I get a call back in a very short time. Because of Covid we cannot visit but we can all show up to his window any time. I get to take a beer or any food to the desk and they get it to him. I have hopes for his homecoming soon

I visited Linden Woods Village in March in order to tour the facility as a potential independent living option for my mother, who currently resides in another state. I was very impressed with the layout and amenities of the facility. The lobby is spacious and very nicely decorated. There are numerous configuration options for each 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment. I was especially impressed with the various alcoves where individuals or small groups can meet to play games, read books, or otherwise socialize. Both the building and surrounding grounds were clean and well-maintained. Laura Rainey, Marketing Director, provided an extensive tour of the facility and very helpful information regarding items one should consider when moving an individual into a facility such as this.

The staff is kind caring and available. They tend to your every need whether it's food medication we're going outside to enjoy some sunshine. The menu is varied and very tasty and there are always substitutes. I love the desserts. Physical therapyIs daily as is occupational therapy.

We knew this was the perfect place for our Mom. She told us, "I feel safe here!" It was music to our ears. There are five of us kids so we keep the staff hopping! They are always so gracious and helpful. Not only do they treat Mom great, they serve us, her family, with the same greatness. We lay our heads down at night knowing she's safe and happy. My grandpa was admitted to the health care unit for short term skilled nursing. He's been there 3 days so far and we have be so impressed. I feel like grandpa is safe there and that he is being cared for. The facility is clean, spacious, and feels cozy. We are finding out that there are alot of activities that he can participate in too. The staff that we've interacted with have be patient, friendly, helpful, kind and understanding.

My brother and I were recently in search of a place for Mom. We looked at eight communities in the Northland, comparing location, services, condition of the community, apartment options, and many more. We then compared to what Mom could afford and made our top 3, to present to Mom. Linden Woods Village was our top recommended community based on all the wonderful options they have to offer. While the decision was ultimately Mom's and she selected a different community, my brother and I strongly recommend what LWV has to offer. Choosing a community for your family member, especially one who relies on your support, is a big decision. Please consider Linden Woods Village if and when that time comes for you or your loved ones.

I was able to move my mom into Linden Woods Village in Oct 2020 after some health issues she encountered and required full-time care. I was a little reluctant to move mom into a full-time care facility, however, it did not take long for my views and emotions to change. The executive staff, nurses, and professional services immediately eased my mind as I found my mom being taken care with the utmost compassion and care. If you are looking for a full-time facility for your loved one(s), I would not hesitate one moment to look into this wonderful facility such as this.

Our father received excellent care in the skilled nursing facility. They were compassionate and caring. He enjoyed the camaraderie between other residents and staff. They were always willing to work with family regarding any concerns we had. We are grateful he had a happy peaceful place to be during his final days.

Looking for place for my Godmother, I called here and spoke to Laura. Now even though she was not able to place her, she was so kind and informative. She even was willing to allow me to call her as needed if I was still in need for more help with my issue. That is real care, she didn't try and sell me she just helped me. Thank you Laura!
