Heritage Village of Gladstone has been caring for my father the past year and has been great to work with. With the challenges of COVID, residents safety was always a priority. I’m impressed with their family attitude they treat my father with. They are extremely patient and loving and always keep me informed. They work with the family as a team to address any issues.

I have been visiting Heritage Village for years and must say it is one of the best care communities in the Northland. They have recently completed a remodel of the lobby area including new furniture and new hardwood floors and it looks amazing. The staff is always friendly and has a smile on their face. I have dealt with the Administrator and the Director of Nursing for years and they are simply AMAZING. They do whatever they can to provided the best care for their residents. If you are needing a new home for yourself or a loved one, i would definitely recommend visiting Heritage Village.

My brothers, aunts, uncles and I are incredibly thankful for the love and care that Heritage Village of Gladstone has shown my dad the last 2 1-2 years. They were able to care for him in ways that we couldnt. They became his second family. They got him on a regular eating schedule and I saw improvements in him from when he was trying to live on his own. He was able to socialize and enjoy many fun activities these last few years. they helped him thrive in the midst of Parkinsons and dementia and not just survive it. Im gonna miss seeing Jen and many of the wonderful staff and nurses that became a familiar face to me. They made my dad and our entire family feel safe and loved. I know my dad enjoyed his final days with the best care possible!

My father has been at Heritage Village of Gladstone for about a year now. I want to say I am so glad I have chose Heritage Village of Gladstone. During this difficult time with Covid, the staff have been so loving and caring with dad. I have received regular updates regarding my dad throughout the whole Covid. The staff has always been very friendly and willing to help with anything I need. Thank you to all the staff for loving my dad as much as I do.

I cant speak for the past, but as for today 2020. Heritage has one of the best Nursing staff from the Nursing director to the CMT-Nursing staff. The two Day shift supervisor are awesome, loving woman and Then there the night time supervisor shes amazing, warm welcome she give out the since of family. Put them and the staff that works with and under them, and you want find a better team of people under one roof. Thats just the staff the residents are the icing on the cake. Beautiful group of people, loving and its easy to see them as family.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Heritage Village. I only quit working at the facility to go back to college. I interacted with management several times a day, and they were always friendly and helped me when I had a question or concern. I have seen a couple negative reviews on here about them, so I wanted to take the time to give them a compliment, especially when a compliment is due. Don't fall for the negative comments. This is a very affordable facility and is welcoming to all who enter. Go check it out!

I am a current employee at Heritage Village of Gladstone. I look forward to going to work on the days that I'm scheduled. The residents we have are so much fun to be around which makes my day go by fast. I'm pleased to say the management team will do anything to help their employees. You can tell they value the staff. They always take time out of their busy schedules to tell us and show us how much we're appreciated. I'm extremely happy and proud to be part of the Heritage Village team.

Heritage Village provided such wonderful care to my mom. The staff at Heritage Village treated my mom like she was their own family. There was nothing that the staff wouldn't have done for my mom. Jen Russell, Director of Nursing is a wonderful nurse she had so much care and compassion for my mom. The dietary staff went above and beyond to make my mom happy. I would recommend Heritage Village to anyone looking for assisted living for their loved one.

Heritage Village is a lovely facility, it's very warm and inviting like you imagine grandma's house being. I've worked for the company for over a year. I feel privileged to be a part of this team and to be apart of the resident's lives. They are my family! I can honestly say that I love what I do for a living!
