My 91 year old mother-in-law has lived here for over 5 years. She always tells me how wonderful the staff is! She loves her 1 bedroom apartment complete with a kitchen, living room, dining room and full bathroom. She walks down to the dining room where she eats great food with friends she has met. They are all currently wearing masks and there are dividers in the dining room. Crafts, exercise, movie night and other activities have started up again during the pandemic but only 10 people at a time. My mind is relieved with her living in such an awesome place!!

Julian and Martha are starting to settle in. Both of them like their small suit of 1 bedroom, living room and the mini kitchen. Julian was always a busy person and at age 93 he finds it a bit hard to slow down, but he is making progress. Martha on the other hand is embracing the relaxed atmosphere at Caretel. They are very pleased with the staff and their attentiveness towards the Residents. Camile deserves a special mention for making their transition so pleasant.

The staff here is caring and wonderful. Debbie Hall goes above an beyond for you. Its very clean, the food is great, especially the Brownies. Lots of activities for the residents to do. The main lobby is cozy with the fireplace and the bird reserve is delightful in the winter when you cant go out side and bird watch. It is also nice that they have a hair salon right on site my grandma was blind and this made is easier to get her hair done by not having to leave the building. I also appreciate that IVY does a lot of community outreach and they take the time to interact with the entire community and sponsor events.

Our mom has dementia and is in memory care here. When we placed her here she was 77 pounds. She settled in fairly quickly. The staff took their time and she is now happy and thriving. She’s up to over 100 pounds now. The facility is always clean and the staff is amazing and helpful. Are VERY happy we were able to get her in there I highly recommend Charter Senior Living

This facility is Absolutely Gorgeous. From the open floor plan to the two Beautiful waterfalls and a BBQ with an outdoor eating area. You will think you are at a modern hotel not an Assisted Living facility. The Staff and Management are very caring and helpful every time I visit. They have the residents best interests at heart. Parking seemed to be the only issue I had but they probably didn’t think they would grow so fast.
