When my grandmother was here I just loved the staff. My favourite was a lady named Lori! She really just made that place so special for my grandmother and the other residents. A true gem!

LORI The activity director is amazing. Always made my POP POP'S day, he loved everything she did to keep them engaged day in and day out. Lori's the best, he'd say. We're so grateful for her.

This is a incredibly horrid place to go. Imagine staying there and you cannot get off the floor there are two elevators on each end of the building, north and south and you can't get out without a special key. All your staying will be based on what these paid off positions and nurses say that your condition is. This is a total rip/theft operation. Do not go there. I warn you

My brother is currently a patient at this rehab facility. He has raved about the kind and helpful staff, the excellent therapy and the amazing food. This is coming from a person who is very hard to please. The positive environment has encouraged him to work hard in therapy so he can return home safely. The dietary staff goes out of their was to bring him something else if he doesnt like what is being served. I can not say enough good thing about this rehab facility.

What a great staff from the CNAs, Nurses, Physical Therapist to the Housekeepers and the rest! I was there for 3 weeks, but it seemed like a couple of days. The activities staff kept me busy doing things through the day. The food was good, the room was very nice and I was well taken care of. My recovery went smoother than expected and I just cant say enough great things about Windemere!

I had a couple issues that needed attention and the Director of Nursing was quick to give me a call. She was passionate about resolving the issues. I left the call feeling that she is committed to make some changes to provide a high level of care.

My dad spent two years at Windemere Park. He received excellent attention and care. He was a resident/patient on the fifth floor (memory care unit) during his entire stay. The fifth floor caregivers were caring, thoughtful and respectful, as were all the staff. I would recommend Windemere to anyone seeking a memory care facility.
