My father was a patient in The Center for Health and Rehabilitation three times in the past six months. Dad received very good care in the CHR. All his personal needs were met as well as excellent daily PT and OT (Monday-Friday). The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious, with big windows. Danielle Matson is the Clinical Insurance Case Manager in the CHR and she is phenomenal. She was excellent about communicating with Dad and our family: consistently and in a timely manner. She also explained the process (multiple times:)) and answered all of our questions. Each time Dad stayed in the CHR, his mobility improved. The "care team" who set up his initial care assessments were very professional, caring, understanding, and helpful. I want to also give a shout out to Marco who was one of Dad's caring and consistent care givers and Steve the OT who encouraged Dad every step of the way. They were both great with Dad. I am sure there are many other unsung heroes, thank you to them too. Thank you for the positive experience for my father. I will recommend the CHR to others.

The facilities staff responds efficiently, expertly, and courteously to Clusters residents' needs, and Clusters residents enjoy many amenities offered by Burcham Hills, including movies, talks, dinners, clubs, special events, exercise classes, and exercise facilities.

I worked at burcham as a fitness specialist. I can easily say that I enjoyed every minute of the job! The residents were what truly made this experience so great. As a part of the fit program, I got to work with residents on accomplishing their goals and staying active. This was extremely rewarding to see the residents work every day to keep themselves healthy. My coworkers were also very supportive, hardworking, and had the common goal of making the residents experiences the best possible. I loved working at Burcham Hills and am sad I had to leave for school.

We live in the condominiums at the bottom of the hill. As part of the Burcham Hills family we have for the past two and a half years enjoyed the many amenities available to us...the library, educational talks, holiday celebrations, gym facilities among others. We were very pleased to have the Covid vaccine offered to us last week. It was convenient to just "go up the hill." The whole process was done in a friendly and professional manner and was very much appreciated.

My mom was a resident of BH for over six years and was treated with dignity and skilled care throughout her stay. The staff was always responsive and professional. During her last days in hospice care - she received the utmost respect and very close attention. My family is so appreciative of every single person that took such great care of our mother and we're grateful that BH was her final home.

Burcham Hills started as a retirement center and people bought into it. Within a number of years it was became bankrupt and residents had to start paying by the week or month like other retirement centers. It was a notch above the other nursing homes in the area. Very clean, good food and nice people working there. I think it was the first to have an alsheimer's unit in the area almost 35 years ago.

Burcham goes above and beyond to advocate for our seniors, educate on the needs of vulnerable elders, and provide outreach to local, state and national organizations that make important decisions relating to their care and well being. All the while, Burcham also manages to place employees at the forefront, knowing that the hand's-on care staff and the many behind-the-scenes support positions are the key to excellent customer service and quality outcomes for those in our care. I couldn't work for a better organization!

After spending over two hours on two different tours of Burcham Hills, your Life Plan Community, I determined it is definitely the place I want to be as soon as I need help beyond my home. I was especially impressed with the wide range of living choices. Teresa, Director of Housing Management planned a very special tour for us. We not only enjoyed the tours, but were very impressed. My 60+ year old son wanted to sign up, too. THANK YOU ALL!
