My tour of the facilty was great! Janine was my reprentative and she was fantastic. She had information on topics and services that I knew I needed and some services I had not even thought about. Prices are reasonable. I only wish the units had balconies. Very clean with friendly staff.

So happy with our choice, awesome friendly staff...they care honestly. Bright clean spacious rooms, no smell anywhere(you know what smell Im talking about). Great laundry service, and their on site medical care Balanced Home Care does a real good job as well, we used them to distribute my fathers meds. Would recommend them highly.

Throughout working with Jessica, director of activities, providing therapeutic touch services for the residents, I have discovered her genuine care and concern for the residents to be a breath of fresh air! I am so glad that our family chose Oakmont for our mother to stay. She is always happy when I come to visit her every week. The meals are good, common areas attractive and homey and she has developed many friends.One of the things she most enjoys are the many different choices offered by activity director Julia.

I have a parent living at Oakmont Livonia for a couple years now and we as a family (and my parent) could not be happier. We looked at about 5 communities and came back to Oakmont, nothing compared to anything out there. There are a lot of Senior facilitys and some brand new built but the quality, the care, the dining services to the housekeeping and laundry that we receive is off the chart. I know that everything cant be perfect but I know they strive to be. Anytime I have ever needed to talk to the Director or Assistant they are open and accommodating. They offer great activities. The food is very good. (as I do eat there as a guest). I would highly recommend and will continue to.

I was here for an interview but the facility is BEAUTIFUL!! they have a large dinning room, a reading nook, a game room, community room, just various activities for the seniors to partake in.

I moved my mom to Oakmont in Livonia 2 months ago. I am so pleased with everything about this place. The first thing you notice is how clean and updated it is. I had dinner the first night she stayed and breakfast the next morning. The food is great and the presentation of the meals and the dining room adds to the experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The people that live there are so welcoming! I always say hello and goodbye and they all respond with a smile. I made a request to have a grab bar added to the shower and it was done in a matter of a couple of days. I cannot imagine a nicer place for my mom to live. I highly recommend Oakmont to anyone looking for a place for their loved one!

Since the day we first toured Oakmont, I have only had positive experiences with everyone who works there. The place is beautiful and very clean and the food is very good. I would recommend Oakmont to anyone looking for a safe, clean environment for their loved ones to live.

My mother moved here over 3 years ago after a massive stroke. The staff was great in working with her to get her back to her old self. She has one of the smaller apartments yet its big enough when the whole family visits. The grounds are very pretty to walk around and she loves to take a book outside to read. The staff is wonderful and are like a second family to her.

My mother has been there about a year and a half and the residents and staff are great. From time to time she requires additional services and Balanced Home Care comes eagerly to the rescue. The food and housekeeping staff are also fantastic. I hope she can enjoy the community for many years to come !

My dad and mom have lived at Oakmont for 3 years. It really is a community where residents are friendly and the staff go out of their way to make things fun. They were absolutely wonderful during the last months of my dads life. He died in October and the staff consoled my mom and were so helpful in every aspect of this sad time. She decided to stay at Oakmont and they were helpful when we moved her into a studio apartment. She is doing well and is surrounded by caring, friendly, and loving people.

Oakmont offers friendly, caring staff, great amenities, and lots of activities for the residents. The apartments are spacious and the building is well maintained. The grounds are beautiful with lots of trees and flowers to enjoy! When my uncle moved here several months ago from his home of 50+ years, the wonderful, attentive Oakmont team helped make the adjustment easier. He really enjoys the activities, the meals, and socializing with the other residents. He also appreciates the housekeeping and laundry services! I would definitely recommend Oakmont!

We moved my dad in April 2017. The previous senior independent apartment he was at was a little too independent for him. Oakmont Livonia has been perfect for him and he is thriving. He can be as independent as he wants. There is the security there and the enhancements to have it as assisted and you need for your loved ones. I dont worry about him as much, they have staff there 24 hours per day. He is pleased with the staff, his meals and the activities provided The cost per month is very reasonable for everything it includes. My dad and his family couldnt be happier.

My mom moved in about 1.5 years ago and has done well living at Oakmont. It was a major life change for her. The common areas are beautifully kept and very clean; they are quite beautifully decorated at the holidays. The team there is lovely and the activities director is totally engaged in her job. Im glad my mom chose Oakmont. It has worked out well for our families.

My mother moved to Oakmont Livonia 2-1, 2 years ago. It is a wonderful place, always clean and beautifully decorated. We have been pleased from the moment we signed up. The staff is always responsive to my mothers needs. The Activities Director is amazing. She tailors the events to get everyone involved and is super friendly. It is obvious that she knows all her residents. The people at the desk are there for you from a hello to an emergency. It is so comforting to know the door is always staffed, we feel she is safe at Oakmont. My Mom has made friends with other residents and the staff treats her like a friend. She LOVES the meals and the kitchen staff and enjoys the people that she comes in contact with each day that work at Oakmont. In fact, she tells me every time I talk to her how much she loves her home. Anything we ask about is addressed immediately. I think it is amazing that in the amount of time she has lived there we have not had one single issue.

My mother moved into Oakmont from upper Michigan over 2 years ago. It is such an amazing facility with a staff that is so compassionate and caring. It was starting a new life for our 90 year old Mother and she mastered it so well with all of the help they provide. She feels safe and at home! They have a fantastic Activities Director that makes getting residents involved, a priority. I thank them all so much from their cleaning staff to their laundry team. Their Administrative Staff to their medical assistance team, to the cafeteria crew! You are all great! Thank you! Our family is so grateful!

My mom has been living at Oakmont for a year and a half now. This was a major move to her, since she had been living in the same house for nearly 60 years. The staff was great with the transition and made us all feel very comfortable. This place is very clean and the meals are well balanced. I highly recommend as I now feel my mom is thriving!!

My mother in law is currently a resident here. We were concerned about her acclimating to a new residence. But after 3 months she feels very comfortable. And we are a lot more at ease with her getting the care she needs. Beautiful place!

My mom has been a part of the Oakmont Livonia community for almost seven years now. Needless to say, we could not be happier. She loves the staff and the friends she has made with all the residents. The activities and services can not he beat. All of moms needs a taken care of. From laundry and housekeeping, to meals and transportation. Oakmont does it all. I have to say, that what her family love the most is the peace of mind that we have knowing that Mom is being well looked after. You cant put a price on that. Thanks Oakmont Livonia for all you do everyday and loving our mom like she is family.

My mom has been here a couple weeks and I am so impressed by this place! The people that work here are awesome very friendly, clean, lots of activities and the people that live there are all so friendly. I looked at so many and just didnt have that feeling and now I finally found one that my mom loves and so do I !! Highly recommend! 🙂
