The grounds are well kept, Parkside of Livonia is handy to anything we need, within a very practical driving distance, and the staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous -- especially Jill Ross and Tonia Burhans.

My mom Shirley Brown as of October this will be her 2nd year @ Parkside of Livonia, Mike and Tonya has been very helpful and professional whenever I needed help for my mom, I brought homemade cookies for them today as an appreciation token from me Pat) her daughter:)

Tonia and Mike are 2 of the best people that have been here. They are compassionate, kind, and treat is as equals. We couldn't ask for better people to run this place. Parkside is a wonderful place to live. Very clean, the grounds are beautiful, and a lot of activities for the residents. I highly recommend Parkside for any senior.

My sister Myrtle White moved into the community this year in April, she ask that I write a review based on her feelings and I agreed. So she is the author of the statement that follows. “This is my first experience living in an independent residence, I moved here, April 1 2021, and so far so good. I’ve met a few new friends, that I’ve enjoyed walking with and putting puzzles together with and just sitting g and talking with the residents in the beautiful common area. I even met the maintenance man Dave, who do a great job in attending to any issues in a speedy manner, keep up the great job Dave. I’m really happy here, so far no complaints at all”. Myrtle White

This place is a joke. Do not let your loved ones pay to live in this over-priced dump with slum landlords. I promise you, you will regret it. This place is under new ownership who are very cheap and absolutely will NOT pay to have anything fixed or replaced. They will blame it on the tenant and make the tenant pay, or they will evict them. The maintenance supervisor DAVE likes to call the tenants name and bad mouth them to other tenants. If possible, try to talk to some of the tenants 1st. This place is horrible; they do not care about the tenants at all.

My mother has lived here for 6 years and loves it!! Meadows Of Livonia has so many activities for the residents. Mom has made so many friends and moving here has been a great change for her after my dads death.
