Reviews Traditions of Saginaw – West Campus
October 2024
I moved my mom into Traditions (West Campus) in early 2021 when she need assisted living. She lived there over three years until her recent passing. I was very happy with Traditions the entire time my mother lived there. She had the "All Inclusive" care package and lived in a nicely sized one-bedroom unit. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and caring. They offer a lot of activities and even have an exercise room. I live very close to Traditions and stopped by often and never had any reason to believe she wasn't receiving good care. As my mother declined, her needs increased, and so did the communications I had with staff regarding her support. They were very responsive. In her final days, I was amazed with the level of care and compassion I witnessed from several of the care givers. I saw genuine, heartfelt fondness for my mom. I recommend anyone looking at assisted living alternatives to consider Traditions.

Very expensive. Charge for everything
March 2024
The place is perfect for me with open floor plan, walk-in closet, full kitchen, only 4k to 5k is way too expensive for independent living, and that isn't even assisted living.

New Hope Valleys West Campus has independent and assisted living and is a very beautiful campus. The sky high ceilings in the main lobby make the entrance breathtaking. The apartments are very spacious and let in plenty of light. Each apartment has a patio. The food is delicious and the dining experience is that of a restaurant, where servers take your order and deliver your meal on a covered plate. The staff is outstanding and the provide the highest level of care. NHVW is a unique community that provides high quality care and keeps the residents happy and engaged.
