This is a nice place to work. Ive been here for a few years I worked in several departments housekeeping and as a aide. People that call out and make others have to be stuck shouldnt be allowed to post fake reviews, and be negative about a great place to work when their actions make them get fired. Seriously how do you start a job and call out five times in three weeks claiming you got COVID and you dont? You werent mad when you caused us to get stuck cause you cant come to work.

This was a traumatic experience for me becoming an amputee and learning how to do things differently for myself but I must say the staff was awesome. They were friendly and patient with me. We are family. I love the staff cant say enough about them from housekeeping to maintenance to physical therapy to CNAs to nurses to management. Thank you all so much.

I live here in Superior Woods, its kind of like living in an apartment. I like going on out trips to shop for clothes. I go to music and play bingo and do arts and crafts. The food could be better. The staff are all nice, they are my friends.

I like living here because I have privacy when I need it and have my own space. I like the meals they have most of the time but not the vegetables. The heating and cooling works good and staff are nice.

I think its a really nice facility. when I stayed at superior woods I had the best treatment and best staff Ive ever had. I would recommend superior woods to anyone who needs rehab or nursing help. I think the therapy department is real swell they really care about the people they are working with.

The staff was very friendly, very patient and caring with my aunt who was suffering from dementia. The place was also clean and quiet and offered may activities. She had to move to Superior Woods from another facility that was more expensive, and had a more upscale environment because that facility was not willing to deal with her moods from the dementia. Superior Woods was very accommodating and was a much more warm and friendly environment. It was a pleasure for my 90 year old aunt to stay their for her last days.

Located on the outskirts of Ann Arbor in Ypsilanti and tucked among trees. Assisted Living is a smaller community of 28 beds to provide a more intimate feel. If you need extra security, you might find it comforting to know that it is secure. You will need to use a code to get in and out.

Personally, my mom, who recently died at 104 years old, was very well taken care of. I can only compliment the staff, the nurses, and the people who cared for her in so many ways. The administrative staff were very helpful in issues regarding finances, medicaid, and setting up accounts for monthly payment. Stephanie Crosby was a huge help. No place is perfect, but this place did a great job with my mom for a long time.

As a retired cardiologist & internal medicine physician, my dad absolutely dreaded the thought of going to a nursing home for rehab. He came in sad, somber and depressed. He left happy, smiling, not wanting to return home with his wife, since he was treated with respect and dignity, made friends while there, socialized during therapy sessions, dining room time, Bingo, etc. Instead of being tolerated by his wife at home, he was celebrated by the staff there, which released a side of him I hadnt seen for at least 20 yrs. when I was a little girl. He actually liked the food, as he had experienced LOTS of hospital food over his work history of 40+yrs. Of course, he talked about a few staff members here and there who were in a rush all of the time, didnt have time to do this or that, but that seems to be the reality of the world we live in, unfortunately. Thank you to everyone at Superior Woods for giving my dad his dignity back. He says that if he has another setback, he wont be so worried and upset if a DC planner tells him that he has to go back there!
