We have had First Light caregivers for about a year now and just yesterday my husband went into hospice care and I extended our caregivers hours to help us. There is nothing like having a loving, trusted and dependable friend to help in a situation like this. Cynthia is family now. My husband doesnt want her to leave when its time and is so glad to see her when she arrives. Always cheerful and on the spot before she is needed. She was the first to realize that something wasnt right when his condition changed. She just senses these things. We love her and even after my husband passes, I will have her come back to help me. I just dont want to let her go. Thanks First Light!

I cant say enough wonderful things about this company. If you are looking for compassionate human beings to assist with your loved ones, look no further. My grandmother moved in to an assisted living facility and the transition was rough. First Light was there the first night and with in half an hour of calling to set up services. The aids they sent to take care of my grandmother went above and beyond to care for her. We could not have asked for better and cant thank them enough for the quality care they provide.

I came to First Light at a very difficult time, not knowing where to start with finding care for my mother who had a fractured sacrum and suffering from heart failure. Renea and her team were a blessing to not only my mother but our entire family. They treated my mother as if she was their own mother and were so attentive to ensuring she received the best care, even accompanying her to the hospital for emergency medical attention. It is a very hard decision in finding care for your loved ones and to ensure they are cared for in the best way possible. I spoke to several companies, but I could feel the love and compassion Renea had even just speaking to her over the phone and I was right. I was able to leave some caregiving tasks without worry and stress, knowing she was with this amazing company. They were very easy to work with and always accommodating to a rotating schedule and medical needs of my mother. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a care solution.

Ms Renee and paul Jones r very good wonderful people to work for. This a company u would like to work for, they treat you like family with respect and dignity also when you cant make it or you sick they always check up on you to make sure youre okay. Also this is the place and people you would want to work with. It makes you want to go to work every day with out no problem which their isnt yes the job is demanding but guess what every job is. I feel at peace with this company than the other one i was working for before, so for a small company they have a lot to offer and that is a very good thing.
