My father is currently a resident at Adora. He has been for several months now due to an amputation. He was very fragile and scared and depressed when he arrived. Many of the staff here are fantastic and have made him feel himself again. He has only had one issue with the staff and it was taken care of quickly. He actually likes the food, which says a lot since my dad is picky. The reason for my 2 stars is because however well the staff has been and the food, the office staff has dropped the ball on taking care of certain things for my fathers stay to be continued. Meaning, he has been in skilled therapy, (I had inquired about possibly moving him out of state at some point which, I guess, means he was for sure moving) so any work involved in getting him Medicaid and securing him a bed in the long term living should have been started a while ago but apparently went out the window instead. As of yesterday, 5/10, we were updated that his insurance set his discharge for this Friday 5/13! All we are able to do at this point is try for an appeal, and look for another new facility so we can start all over. So again, my 2 stars are for the staff in the office who took it upon themselves to not follow through with the paper work and procure my father a bed as asked and talked about several times with several people. This is the 4th place he has been in since his first amputation (hospital, assisted living, hospital, Adora). There is no reason there should be a 5th at this time and then a 6th when/if he is able to move out of state to live near me later. Very disappointed!

We are so happy to have found Adora! My mom has experienced skilled nursing, assisted living, and both physical and occupational therapy at Adora. Mom loves the PT and OT, and the therapists have gone above and beyond to help continue to improve and maintain skills while still staying Covid-safe. The facility itself it bright and clean and modern. Mom went to Adora the day before Covid lockdown, and the staff has helped to make a very difficult time bearable. I appreciate that it is a small facility where they have all gotten to know and appreciate mom. The best!

My Husband is currently here at Adora midtown recovering from back surgery. We were skeptical at first because of the reviews but we took the tour and decided to give them a chance.. He has been here for a month now. The staff and especially the administrator Jimmy has been very nice and accommodating. He was paralyzed from the neck down when he got here.. The physical therapist are amazing, My husband is getting stronger everyday his recovery is going great better then they expected , he using a cane to get around.

My family member checked in to Adora about a week ago after having a hip replacement. He has had nothing but great things to say. Everyone he has come in contact with has gone above and beyond to make sure that his stay is comfortable and pleasant. They check on him often and even sit to chat and listen to his jokes! The building is clean, smells nice and seems so well cared for. The nurses, the social worker, and especially the administrator Jimmy. He has an eye for detail and a very caring heart. THANK YOU ADORA MIDTOWN PARK! We adore you.

I have a family member that is in rehabilitation at Adora. I have nothing but the greatest things to say about the care and kindness he has received. In particular, the administrator, Jimmy Gross went above and beyond to ensure that my fathers physical as well as emotional needs were attended too. In this time of COVID it is reassuring to know that my father was well cared for! A huge thank you to Mr. Gross and his team for helping us out!

My mother-in-law has been at Adora for a few weeks and I cant express enough how much I love the facility and the staff. She was transferred to Adora from a facility up North and has made more progress with therapy here than at the previous place! Our family could not be pleased more with Adora! We would highly recommend this facility!

Im not sure you could find better staff.. they are absolutely amazing with the patients and families plus they take care of each other.. this building feels like one big family .. with a Medical Director that is by far one of the best in Dallas!! My granddad is there.the nursing staff is super.But the one lady who answer the. Is very very rude she doesnt know how to talk to people.she is a older black lady works in the evening she is not friendy at all.its already hard that we cant visit she makes it even harder.patrick and one other young lady is super very nice.i hate i cant get to talk to my granddad or nurse to check on him.because of the lack of. I am a rehabilitation guest here. The staff is fantastic. Adora feels like your home away from home. The nursing, physical therapy, and kitchen staff are the best. Highly recommend to meet all your needs.

The nursing staff and the rest of their crew are some of the nicest and most caring people I have ever met!! I will miss them. rated them a 4 because of three issues:1. The morning staff of Nurses and aids are overwhelmed with passing out meds and trying to feed patients who cant feed themselves. Breakfast trays arrive cold because they sat in the transport device due to a lack of time to pass them out to other patients who can feed themselves so it has to be reheated in a microwave. Poor management decision to control costs keeps the Staff too small during peak hours of need. Find the money to hire one other person to keep this issue under control and reducing the stress on your great staff.2. I waited one hour for a bandage(I timed it inadvertently)to cover my exposed wound on my leg having no idea that they only had one wound cart on it was on another floor and the Nurse was too busy passing out medications to leave the floor. I do not blame her. If I had known this before hand I would not have changed my dressing at that time of day. Ridiculous!3. Seriously if a patient has a Pic line, please have the correct items in the patch kit when the patch is changed!! Stabilizers to keep the line in place and train your young nurses how to do it correctly! hope they make the necessary changes and then it would be a Five Star facility! really liked Adora and the PT department is top notch. Admin was very gracious. The place is spotless and smells clean. Very secure environment and I think it is a lovely building. Reminded me of a Marriott property. If I need to stay in a Rehab facility ever again, it would be at Adora!

For now I am giving this 3 stars, because my Mother is currently there for Rehab, but doesnt seem to be getting to do much physical therapy... We are concerned, because she is anxious to get her mobility back after her surgery, but the physical therapist doesnt seem to do much with her... He seems to consider getting her up out of bed to go to restroom as her physical therapy?! THAT IS NOT PHYSICAL THERAPY and is of major concern to us. Giving this place 3 stars might actually be too generous.

The Administrator, Jimmy Gross, is one of the most passionate persons Ive met in the industry! Adora is lucky to have him. He genuinely cares about the patients Adora accepts and has done a phenomenal job! If you are considering a skilled level of care, I would consider Adora at the top of your list to tour before making a decision.

This is a new facility and today was my first time to visit someone here. I was impressed with how clean and well maintained everything was. The staff I encountered from the front desk to the rehab assistant was very friendly and helpful. Each room is large and nicely furnished. Their is ample free parking, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants if you need to pop out for a meal.
