The staff here is amazing. My 86 year old mother has been in Skilled Nursing for a month. I could not ask for a more caring group of Nurses, CNAs, and Doctors. One nurse even sang a lullaby to mom when she couldn't sleep! This is also a very clean facility. Staff member greet you with smiles. The Administrators and Admission staff are helpful and very professional.

We are so grateful that mom came here! From the moment she was transferred here we have experienced nothing but staff that really cares about the residents and patients. I am beyond grateful for Kim Bean, the business manager who ensures each resident has advocation and goes above and beyond everyday. The facility is beautiful. All of the staff meet you with smiles and ask if you need assistance. I toured this building and found that it as a pleasant change from the other buildings I toured. I saw a gentleman interacting with one of the residents and thought it was a caregiver it was the Director of Nursing. This facility went to the top of my list. If the Director sets this tone I think my mother will be in good hands °

The care is professional but hurried. My dear friend feels neglected, unheard, and patronized. Left for hours to sit is painful.

Most days are good but this past Friday no rehab was done. My wife was in bed all day with no workout. The meals were incomplete and cold. The staff is active, watchful, and caring. Communication with administration is very generalized. It seems to be a matter of checking boxes and not being clear on schedules and plans if care, after exit care, or ways to benifit from the training received during their stay.

I went to visit a friend. When I entered the lobby the receptionist was very friendly, and happily assisted me in signing in. When I went upstairs I was greeted by the front desk nurse, and she too was were friendly. And the facility was very clean.

One item to address. An aide was called by my husband. He was telling her that something was stabbing him in the back. She refused to check. She was telling him their is nothing there. His bather from VNA came and he found a fork under his back. So glad he came otherwise he would probably have gotten his sore infected. One positive thing he said lunch was good he finally ate something. Mashed potatoes and bbq chicken, he also ate the chicken and dumplings I have requested his tv be replaced. It stopped working since last wednesday. He is not getting his pain medication, when he bu,,ez for the nurse it takes 2 to 3 hours for someone to show up.
