They kindly invited me to one of the community parties, and I had such a wonderful time. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was delicious and authentic, and the ballroom was beautiful. Visit: We visited this place from April 9-14, 2026 and stayed for 5 days. We enjoyed and loved this place. Now we have decided to go for a month for next time. Surprisingly met our college classmate (85 yrs age) and his wife too. It was wonderful experience. Initially we were planning to tour the place and go in one day. I am glad we changed our mind and decided to stay for 5 days. Wish we had stayed for at least 15 days. We very strongly recommend you to stay for a week minimum. So you don't regret like we do. Goal: We all work hard to better our lives in a retired time of our lives. Save money to have a peaceful retired life. Kids are gone and we are left alone single or as a couple. At that time this is the place to be at, Facility: Excellent assisted and independent living facility. "Independent" refers to ........ you will feel like your own living place. friendly staff and neighbors. Welcome smiles from everyone all the times. "Assisted" refers to ....... Everyone will help you to make your life enjoyable. If you need help to move around in a wheelchair to go to dinner, to get your food on the table. get coffee, tea, milk etc, to take shower, change cloths etc ....... all old age needs. There is a small fee for this. Food: Eat as much as you can..... watch out though I was told the food is theirs now but tummy is yours forever. Buffett style. Indian Vegetarian, Mild spicy, fruits, veggies, tea, coffee, milk, eggs, omelet, Mexican, Italian variety. Manu changes every day. visiting family/friends can dine with you too. Daily health programs are well planned. Some residents have improved and cut down on their medicines. Peace of mind is experienced by many. Plenty of parking, grounds are well kept with excellent landscape. Morning / evening walks are safe and peaceful. Interior decors are award winning in my opinion. Over all We strongly recommend for trying it out. Very reasonable prices for the stay. Experience of a lifetime. Enjoy & be happy. Look at their website and learn more. Wish you all the best.

Our Stay at Bhartiya Nivas Residency We would like to share our wonderful experience of spending four weeks at Bhartiya Nivas Residency. Bhartiya Nivas is a retirement home for residents over the age of 55, and it is by far the finest retirement residence we have ever experienced. Staying there truly felt like living in a five-star hotel. Food The meals were well-organized and thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m., lunch at 12:30 p.m., afternoon tea at 3:30 p.m., and dinner at 6:30 p.m. The quality and consistency of the food were excellent throughout our stay. Activities and Entertainment Daily activities are well planned and enjoyable. The day begins at 8:15 a.m. with gentle Stretch Breath and Strengthen exercises, followed by Devotion and Prayer at 9:30 a.m. in a beautiful temple. At 11:00 a.m., residents can participate in yoga, meditation, or chair exercises, which vary by day. At 4:00 p.m. Bollywood Zumba which vary by day. Afternoons are equally engaging, with activities at 4:00 p.m. such as Bollywood Zumba, bingo, quizzes, or creative sessions like kite making”something different each day. Bollywood movie screenings are held two to three times a week, which everyone thoroughly enjoys. Additionally, every Monday and Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. is Happy Hour, a wonderful opportunity for residents to socialize, relax, and have a great time together. We feel truly honoured to have stayed at Bhartiya Nivas Residency and are deeply grateful to the owners and staff for their outstanding care, hospitality, and warmth. They made our stay comfortable, joyful, and memorable.

I recently visited Bharatiya Niwas, and it truly felt like a warm and welcoming second home for senior citizens. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. They provide excellent facilities, including a dining area with healthy food options. The gym and theater add wonderful opportunities for physical activity and entertainment. I was impressed by the meditation hall and the serene temple on the premises. They arrange many meaningful activities that keep the residents active and happy. I genuinely loved the ambiance and the thoughtful care put into every detail. My husband Kumar and I went to Bharatiya Nivas to just check out a stay for 3 nights. Absolutely loved it.. Good food, hygienic places and rooms, beautiful decor and courtyard. Very hospitable staff. Loved the mandir and prayer. Enjoyed the morning exercise group. watched a movie in the in house state of the art theater. Enjoyed the garba night in the grand ball room. Special mention to the owner Bharat Bhakta and his lovely wife Minaxi for taking great care of us.. God bless this facility and help them to grow and help the community. Very great service..!!!

I came to spend time with my brother and Bhabi , who are staying here. Spent one full month here and enjoyed many activities. Posting photographs here. One has to spend few days here to believe ,how enriched life could be. Weekly calendar is full of activities to Choose form. Never a dull moment.one doesn’t have to do it all, but you have a choice. You get three very healthy SATVIC meals and tea in the afternoon with snacks. I can’t point finger at one person who was not compassionate and supportive here. Above all residents have welcomed me with open heart. Playing board games, cards after dinner is a routine here, which was my favorite time of the day. I am going to miss my game partners. It will take me some time to go back to my routine. Will visit as often as possible for me just to have fun and rejuvenate! ™

I visited when I was in the US. Bhartiya Nivas is beautifully made like a mansion one would like to live in. The environment at the Bhartiya Nivas is peaceful, clean, soothing and homely. The staff members are so attentive and make you feel so comfortable. They treat elderly with so much respect and dignity. It’s newly open but I am so sure it’s going to be a great community in near future. The best place at the Nivas is its temple that is so beautifully made and there is so much positive vibes and good energy you can feel. We took a tour of Bhartiya Nivas, and fell in love with it. The place is very beautiful, and thoughtfully done. It is run by professionals who have much experience in the business.
