Visit: We visited this place from April 9-14, 2026 and stayed for 5 days. We enjoyed and loved this place. Now we have decided to go for a month for next time. Surprisingly met our college classmate (85 yrs age) and his wife too. It was wonderful experience. Initially we were planning to tour the place and go in one day. I am glad we changed our mind and decided to stay for 5 days. Wish we had stayed for at least 15 days. We very strongly recommend you to stay for a week minimum. So you don't regret like we do. Goal: We all work hard to better our lives in a retired time of our lives. Save money to have a peaceful retired life. Kids are gone and we are left alone single or as a couple. At that time this is the place to be at, Facility: Excellent assisted and independent living facility. "Independent" refers to ........ you will feel like your own living place. friendly staff and neighbors. Welcome smiles from everyone all the times. "Assisted" refers to ....... Everyone will help you to make your life enjoyable. If you need help to move around in a wheelchair to go to dinner, to get your food on the table. get coffee, tea, milk etc, to take shower, change cloths etc ....... all old age needs. There is a small fee for this. Food: Eat as much as you can..... watch out though I was told the food is theirs now but tummy is yours forever. Buffett style. Indian Vegetarian, Mild spicy, fruits, veggies, tea, coffee, milk, eggs, omelet, Mexican, Italian variety. Manu changes every day. visiting family/friends can dine with you too. Daily health programs are well planned. Some residents have improved and cut down on their medicines. Peace of mind is experienced by many. Plenty of parking, grounds are well kept with excellent landscape. Morning / evening walks are safe and peaceful. Interior decors are award winning in my opinion. Over all We strongly recommend for trying it out. Very reasonable prices for the stay. Experience of a lifetime. Enjoy & be happy. Look at their website and learn more. Wish you all the best.

I spent 5 weeks here recently. I found the community and services to be excellent. The place is beautifully furnished with many areas for lounging., playing. conversations etc. Meals are of high quality with a huge variety and provided in a warm caring environment Chef and staff are efficient and do a wonderful. job each and every. day. Supervisor. Hena in dining area is calm and collected and strives to keep theresidents contented

A place where I wouldn't mind living

My father lives at Windsor Senior Living. He was definitely hesitant to move into assisted living, but the Windsor has helped so much. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, especially Bennie who has gone above and beyond many times to be friendly and caring towards my dad. The rooms are nice and fairly spacious. The sense of community has been wonderful for my dad and he has thrived being able to build relationships with the other residents and staff. Things have been difficult for everyone (not just the Windsor) during COVID, but Bennie and the rest of the staff have been working hard to keep the residents as safe and comfortable as possible during this time. My father regularly enjoys the food made by the staff, bingo with the other residents, and other events at the facility. They make holiday events and other special games throughout the year which is so fun for the residents. They also are careful to consider the safety of the residents, having visitors sign in and sign out when they come to visit. I would absolutely recommend the Windsor to others, and am very thankful for how the staff has taken care of my father.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on the AMAZING service received by the Windsor staff. Although all of the staff has been very friendly…..Jackie Johnson has been over the top! She is just wonderful and has taken my 92 year old Aunt under her wing. My aunt just moved in this month and she feels so pampered and special. The apartment selected was not ready yet…so of course she was provided a guest suite expecting to be there for 2-3 weeks at least…. but Windsor had her apartment ready in less than a week. Totally Amazing. She has been accommodated in every way and hasnt had to lift a finger for anything. What a great Senior living place. I can honestly say that the Windsor is a wonderful place and Ill be referring constantly.

My younger twin sisters searched for me as i was in several senior living locations in the South Part of Dallas that just did not work out. Windsor Senior Living is a welcomed surprise. The location for the City of Dallas is great. The facility is fantastic.Covered parking, spacious common area, Onsite beauty salon, are just a few of the amenities It has washer, dryers on every floor of the 11 story building. Staff will wash your clothes for you if you like. Those who like a good view of the area they are in will love the higher levels of Windsor Senior living. The Chef is amazing. I have had six weeks of three meals a day and every meal was supper. The one bedrooms are spacious as i am a individual and only need one bedroom. There are many large room selections. The corner office staff is on top of the operations and things run well. I have moved 4 times in the last 4 years. Finally I have found the place which will be my home and no more headache of moving anymore. Windsor Senior Living is great!! (pricing is the best i have found)

A great fit for my Dad, who has dementia but is otherwise outgoing and spry. Lots of activities. Great atmosphere. (Used to be a luxury hotel, and that vibe continues.) Staff is friendly and upbeat. Remarkably affordable.

Terrible place to leave a loved one. Between getting terrible food and friend getting food poisoning, food not fresh. not getting care that doctor recommended for her. Help is scarcely around to help that showers etc. My friend fell and the buzzers dont work to call for help. She lay in floor for hours until someone finally came. T. V. Cell and internet service are lo- usey. Plus being able to get ride to get groceries is almost non existent. Please dont use this facility unless you want to be left for dead. Also had problems with bugs after she moved in. New management hasnt made any adjustments to improve conditions.

Watermark, the new management company at Windsor Senior Living, is creating a a true Community Life environment for both the residents and staff. Upper management is onsite on a regular basis and onsite managers dont hide behind doors but actively engage in the communiy and the residents lives. If you are looking for a place that has a true small town feel to it look no further.

We were looking for a place because my husband was becoming less mobile. I needed assistance getting him in and out of bed and in the shower. Transporting him to his medical appointments & to dialysis 3 times a week was important. Windsor is able to do that for us. We are very glad that Medical City if just 5 minutes away. This is a good community to interact with other residents at meals and social gatherings. I am very pleased with the staff and especially Lisa Johnson, the Health Services Director.

The people here at Windsor are wonderful, both the residents and the staff. I like that I can get transportation to doctors. The drivers do a good job. The care staff is always willing to help. The breakfast is always great. I will not leave this place ever! I am very proud to live at Windsor.

My husband and I have lived at Windsor Senior Living since May 2012. We chose Windsor, after checking a number of other Senior Residences, because Windsor offered what we wanted. The fact that the building was light and bright and the staff members we met were very friendly made the choice even easier.Recently, my husband broke a rib. Instead of sending him to another facility, staff at Windsor arranged for him to be cared for in respite care here. This made it easier for me to visit him. As he improved, he was able to join me for meals and gradually return to our normal life.Our Family and friends have told us we made the right choice and we know we did.Sue Kretchman 02-26-14
