Everyone is wonderful! I really love Micheal, Wyetta , and Sam (Front Desk) and even the maintenance staff all show a genuine caring interest. They did not just care for our mother , they loved her. We have friends who visited who have a relative in another facility. They were shocked at how nice, clean and comfortable The Reserve was. I would highly recommend it for anyone that is looking for a good place for there love ones to live . Also Gee has a very caring and warm heart he does whatever it takes to make sure that everyone has what not only they want but what they need mom use to always say " I love the popcorn he makes it with love"

My grandmother just moved in. and it is a amazing place.. everyone is so friendly and happy.. very home feeling. and nice staff. Some of the most compassionate caring staff I've ever met. Truly dedicated to providing dignity and quality care to their residents. And the food.....like dining at a fine restaurant. All in all it's someplace I would like to live! 💖

My mom didnt stay here very long. But I went to visit her on MLK day and she wasnt anywhere in the building. I immediately notified the employees but it was over an hour before I learned she had gone to the hospital via 911. After she passed I had to call, email director at least 5 times and never got a reply. I called today and spoke with resident liaison and he said hed just received a text from director to answer any of my questions. Very unprofessional. The facility itself was nice but the director needs some customer service training.

The Reserve at North Dallas does everything right. From the second you walk in the door you are welcomed with friendly smiles and happy residents. Every family I meet with whose loved ones have lived there have nothing but wonderful things to say about their experience there. My wife and I have lived at The Reserve in AL since February of this year. The staff is kind and helpful. We are pleased to say that all the residents are friendly. We enjoy spending time with our new friends. Im excited to be a new member of the Resident Council and I look forward to working with our management team to keep the Reserve the great place it is.

My great aunt lived at the Reserve in independent living for a couple of years. I found the staff there to be very accommodating, friendly and concerned about the well-being of their residents. With the understanding that none of these communities can replace the sense of being in their own homes or with family, I was generally pleased with the level of care. The only reason we moved my aunt was the need to move to assisted living and the Reserve was full at the time. I want to give special recognition to Micheal, the director of resident services who was exceptionally gracious and considerate of special requests.

THE RESIDENTS ARE TOP NOTCH.WE TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER, LIKE A FAMILY. MEDICAL CITY IS OUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR,SO WE ALL HAVE MANY DOCS THAT ARE OUR FRIENDS.MOST OF US DISLIKE GOSSIP.WE COME FROM THE PLACE WHERE WE BELIEVE THE LARGEST ROOM IS THE ROOM FOR SELF IMPROVEMENT.ITS THE BEST SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY IVE BEEN TO.

The Reserve at North Dallas has surpassed my expectations in so many ways. My family came to visit our dad, grandpa, wanting to ensure he was in a good environment and part of a close knit community. It can be challenging to live far away from a loved one without knowing what type of environment they are living in, relying on the phone for communication.This community is over the top when it comes to a staff who are genuinely interested in pleasing their residents. Both Michael and Wyetta, who were working at the front desk during our visit, were warm, friendly and helpful, patiently answering all my many questions about what they offer to their residents. When I approached Ryan, the associate director of dining services, to inquire about dining in with the family, he readily reserved the private dining room for us. Our dad, grandpa was so happy to have dinner with us all together with him. It was like eating out in a fine dining restaurant reserved especially for us. We were given menus and delicious food and the the table was set beautifully. It truly gave me the feel like our dad, grandpa is part of an expensive country club. Our server, Ever, waited on us as if we were of dignatory status. He was so attentive to all of our many requests, refilling our coffee, promptly clearing used plates and making helpful suggestions. The apartments are beautiful, gardens well kept and inviting, lounges warm and inviting, activities abounding everywhere; however for me, the most important thing was that our dad, grandpa was treated royally and this is what I observed. I am able to return home and talk on the phone to him, knowing that even though I cannot be close by geographically, he is in a great environment that will contribute to his desired lifestyle.

My mother has lived at The Reserve for six years and neither of us could be more happy. She often tells me about staff members who go out of their way to help her and says, They really care about me. The management is friendly and efficient, the concierge is outstanding, and the food is excellent! Seeing my mother feeling safe and at home brings us BOTH such a measure of peace.

I cant imagine a more beautiful, caring and warm environment for our seniors to live in and actually age well in place. I just think the staff there is really doing something special with the care and love they give the families there. How great is it to have a beautiful place to live in when ready to retire and still enjoy every day with our loved ones! Highly Recommend this place to any families looking to really live a fulfilling life after retiring!
