Caring for my dad with in home hospice is difficult even with Medicare paying part of it. Hiring Cambridge Caregivers was the best decision I made. I was nervous at first because the night before their first visit we had a rough weather event and I assumed they'd be late or reschedule but to our surprise they showed up on time that morning ready to provide care. All of their caregivers were very good. They were all well trained and experienced at providing care.

Cambridge Caregivers - Dallas and their community liaison Denise Robbnet gave me such peace of mind during recent wealths concerns with my father. After our initial phone calls with Brian, we were able to quickly schedule an intake appointment with Denise, who was extremely flexible with timing it as we were still trying to be released from the hospital. She was a breath of fresh air as she professionally walked us through the process of setting up care. After our meeting, I really felt like our support network had grown and that I had a whole new group of people able to jump in and help my aging parents. I live in another city and gives me such a secure feeling knowing I have this service available to help out when the need arises.

Cambridge Caregivers were referred to us by a friend and they were simply amazing. The team was extraordinarily professional relative to scheduling and assigning fantastic care providers. If you are on the fence or don't understand the value of a caregiver (as we were), let me explain. If you have a family member that is ill, a caregiver provides direct assistance for the needs of your family member, which is fairly obvious. However, having a caregiver in place also provides leverage and the gift of time to family members to take care of other matters like work, family, etc or to simply spend time with the family member knowing that their needs are addressed. The flexibility that Cambridge provides allows you to increase or decrease the coverage and if/when the patient requires more, they have registered nurses, all of which is incredibly helpful. My family and I highly recommend Cambridge to the point that I asked the owners if I could serve as a reference.

Cambridge Caregivers has been a God send for my mother and myself. My Mother just loves her caregivers and that has helped her mental state. It gives me peace of mind that someone who genuinely cares about her is with her. They are compassionate, empathetic and all around good folks who deliver what they say, day and night. Masha Harris has been instrumental in a seamless line of communication between Cambridge and the assigned caregivers for my mother and is actively engaged in her personal care needs. She is available at all times and days with any questions or concerns that I may have. Highly recommend this service for those that need help with aging parents.

I had to go to an out-of-town meeting for a total of 48 hours. Cambridge staffed the care in shifts so that the transition between caregivers would be seamless. My husband's care was outstanding . . . it was as if I had never left. This gave me a great deal of comfort and peace of mind. I am very grateful for their attention to detail and making sure that my husband was safe for the entire time I was gone.
