This place is nice the staff is friendly small enough that you can learn the names of all the people who stay here food is good and they have tons of activities daily and off site trips to shopping restaurants and entertainment venues as well and the pricing is very affordable as well

Hot water off x 3 days. Not acceptable. This place is filled with seniors. Service and services have gone down consistently while the rent has gone up, since the start of the pandemic. Going to have to find a new home for our mother.

REFERENCE RECENTLY WIDOWED, 85. FEMALE. THE FACILITY IS EXCELLANT. THE EMPLOYEES ENJOY USING SENIORS AS A FORM OF CHEAP ENTERTAINMENT. THEY TREAT YOU WITH DIRESPECT, THEY ENTTER YOUR ROOMS AND MOVE THINGS AROUND TO HARRASS YOU. THEY HIDE ITEMS. SOMEONE STEALS PERSONAL BELONGINGS LIKE NICE BOOTS, JEWELRY. YOU LEAVE YOUR PURSE ON THE CHAIR IN LUNCH ROOM GET UP TO GET WATER AND IT IS STOLEN. COMPLAIN TO MANAGER AND HE SAYS YOU ARE SENILE. WHEN YOU HAD ENOUGH AND MOVE OUT THEY TELL THE MOVERS THEY CANNOT USE THE ELEVATOR TO MOVE FURNITURE FROM THE THIRD FLOOR. THEY CAN MOVE THINGS UP BUT CAN NOT MOVE THEM DOWN.MY PRAYER FOR YOU IS THAT HEAVENLY FATHER NOT ALLOW YOUR SENIOR FAMILY MEMBERS BE TREATED THE WAY YOU CHOSE TO TREAT MINE. TOM YOUNG

My brother, Bob, is in assisted living at a facility named West Fork Village in Irving, Texas. The essential staff are actually living there in unoccupied rooms to protect the residents from the virus. This is another excellent example of the sacrifices that people are making to save vulnerable people like my brother from harm. That has to be a huge sacrifice for them. God Bless you wonderful people!!

My uncle spent the better portion of five years here and I cannot express how well they kept him at home. The level of care and comfort was an ease to my mind. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a little peace of mind.

This location is a hidden gem among retirement communities. We only had a couple weeks experience with the Assisted Living side of the facility, but the Independent Living side is absolutely excellent. My aunt only got to live there for a little less than a year before passing away, but she loved it there. The residents were very friendly and so were the staff. They really made the place feel like home. There were even members of the staff that came and attended my aunts funeral. Josh and some of the other staff feel like family. I ate lunch and dinner with her frequently, and the meals were always pretty good. The place had regular field trips and events, the expense of which was included with the rent. The location is in a reasonably safe part of town, near several churches and Krogers, and so on. West Fork was particularly helpful in aiding us as my aunts health rapidly declined. It was almost effortless to transition her from independent to assisted living, without too huge a change in price. I felt they did their best to meet all her needs right to the point where she needed a level of medical care that only a full hospital could provide. Irving in general has quite a lot to do for a small not-quite-suburb of Dallas that seniors would enjoy. The Senior Community Center has a very nice pool and the citys libraries are great. The bu system (and the transportation provided by West Fork) make everything accessible. It was an entirely positive experience.

My dad is new to this facility and the staff couldnt be friendlier. He was welcomed this past weekend with a formal lunch that was so much fun. Thank you Miss Dee for coordinating an awesome lunch for my dad, we will never forget it! ?

Ms. Dee is one of the nicest person there, all the staff is very nice. My sister is Wanda Jackson, she had a stroke ten years ago that render her not able to speck. The staff was informed of her condition when we moved her in all was aware of her condition and was looking for her.

I recently moved my elderly relatives here, after months of cajoling because they did not want to leave their home of 53 years. After seeing Brookdale and meeting with the staff, they were amazed that they could afford to live in such a nice place with so many amenities. Now, four weeks later, they look better (good food makes a big difference) and seem so much happier than they did when they were trying to hold things together in their old house. I have been very impressed with the staff -- caring, attentive, warm and welcoming. Brookdale Irving has truly transformed what started as a difficult decision into a happy and excellent experience!

Our family member has been in the assisted living center for the past three months. The transitions from him living independently at home to being in the assisted living center was a wonderful experience due to the caring and very helpful staff. We feel the staff at Brookdale helped establish a routine and have been on top of the care my grandfather needs. They go above and beyond to communicate with our family when needed. The facility is clean and well staffed with caring nurses and aids. They encourage daily activities and social events. We feel Brookdale is the next best thing to family caring for him and peace of mind for our family that he is receiving individualized care.
