We are so happy we moved my mom here. She had been in another facility and we were not happy. At Avalon Every staff member we've met has been friendly and supportive. The staff is established and been there a long time. No matter the level of care needed they staff is the best. The food is great. The place is clean and bright. It's been a positive experience in everyway just wish we'd found them sooner.

My mother has been at Avalon Irving since September of 2020. She is 95 years young. I’ve found the staff to be very understanding of her needs. She loves to help out and they provide her small opportunities where she can help. She is always telling me how much she loves the staff and enjoys the food. When possible visiting on the patio is very nice and peaceful. I’ve been extremely please with the neatness of the facility. I’d recommend it for your loved ones.

Its an ideal place to have your parent be comfortable and respected. I witnessed how Avalon Memory Care cared for my mother as though they been knowing her since childhood. She was loved by staff and everyone involved with elderly care. Thankyou for caring about my mother. One Love

Avalon Irving took care of mom till she was called home to be with our Lord God. Mom wasnt at the facility very long but the care mom received especially in her last days was very loving and sweet. Covid kept us from visiting till her last hours but the staff did their best to make that as personal and private as possible. We were thankful for their kindness and concern.

My loved one has been Avalon Memory Care for three weeks today. My husband is receiving excellent care. Avalon Memory Care has giving me such a peace of mind. The staff are very caring. This facility is AWESOME!

The staff at Avalon truly loved my mother. They took very good care of her for two years up until she passed. My mother was always clean and for the most part happy. The staff was always helpful, answered many questions and filled my many request. No one can take care of your loved one better than you but these people are the next best thing!

My Dad was a resident at Avalon for 16-months. I would like you to know that the staff is compassionate and considerate. Dad was a dialysis patient and the DART bus would pick him up at 5:30 a.m. three days per week. The staff would make sure that he was dressed and fed along with packing his bag with snacks for after his treatment. Dad was fond of all of the staff at Avalon. He received excellent care and I will be forever grateful for all the care and assistance that we received.
