Las Brisas is a nice facility with caring people working there. The caregivers and nurses stay busy and try to meet the needs of families and residents. The administrator is attentive and shows compassion. She treats people with respect and has a caring heart. Any place can just look nice from the outside, but Las Brisas is well kept and clean and has a good team in place.

Las Brisas is a nice place for my Mom. The facility has, what I consider, normal issues like being understaffed and needing organized laundry services. For those reasons I take off a star. Staff that makes Las Brisas great is Regina, the activity director. We attended several of the activities with my mom and had a blast too. My Mom began being social again and participating in events that Regina hosted. She did things she had never done before, like arts and crafts. Another bright star in the Las Brisas family is Tamika. She keeps Mom looking her best and feeling great. She feels like one of the family and treats my mom as such. I also greatly appreciate Kelly, the social worker who also keeps me informed about the welfare of my mother. They are all really nice people who seem to care about more than just a job. The facility is just a building, but it is all the caring workers like Regina, Tamika and Kelly who make it feel like a home.

*Poor customer service. If you call after 4:00 p.m. no one answers the phone. If you call on a weekend no one answers the phone. If your loved one needs assistance and you call no one answers the phone.

Very nice building structure for a new business. I'm currently living here and my main complaint is the fact that if you are in distress in need of a nurse and press the call light it's a guarantee they won't come, you might as dial dial 911 to contact them for a patient in distress, I can't say how true and awful that is to say.

Very nice rehab..snf ...assisted living nursing home. Would definitely recommend. Currently staying here. Hopefully my rehabilition will be short so I can return home but being well cared for while I am here. Very clean rooms and wonderful staff. Thank you Las Brisas.

My sister was admited to Las Brisas about 3 weeks ago from Baylor Irving hospital to recover after a fall and subsequent surgery. I wanted to recognize this faciitly for a number of reasons. So many people that work here are compassionate, act quickly when a concern arises, and truly seem to care about how things are run and patients satisfaction. The staff including the Director David has been super responsive to some recent issues with food at the facilty,. He has pesonally gotten involved and has even gone to personally visit with my sister regarding her food(and I wanted to point out not an easy task because my sister is a super picky eater). Then there is the Dosha, the assistant director of nursing that is extremely pleasant to work with and quick to act on anything that needs to be addressed wtih the care of my sister. Kelly, the social director has also been extremly awesome in answering many questions and getting me to the right person. Finally I was to recognize one of the best EVER Physical Therapist that works with my sister. Her name is Nadia and she is just fantastic! If you have a loved one, I will have to say this is the best nursing facility in the DFW area. The enitre staff really seems to care about the patients there and try to do their best to keep people in contact with there loved ones and see that the are cared for in a compasionate way during this pandemic! David and team, please please keep doing what you are doing for the care of our most precious and most vulnerable relatives. I appreciate you all!

The management and staff provide excellent care and service for my loved one in skilled nursing. He loves the place and the attention given him by his nurses and therapists. I have the utmost confidence in his care and safety during this time of physical distancing.The staff does a great job of communicating with me and answering any questions or concerns I have. Over the years Ive had loved ones in many skilled nursing faciliities and rate Las Brisas as one of the best. I highly recommend them.
