Mom has been in assisted-living at Presbyterian Village, North since breaking her hip three months ago. The rehab phase was very comprehensive and got her back to her baseline. Mom felt much safer at Presbyterian Village, North and decided to stay rather than return to her condo. The staff are very kind to the residents and take good care of them. Housekeeping, laundry, and meals are all taken care of. Daily activities keep the residents active and engaged.

I've had the pleasure of working at PVN for more than 8 years. I cannot say enough about the residents and teammates at this community and what a joy it has been to watch the growth and happiness of the residents we serve. Even through leadership changes, I have seen this community thrive and continue to succeed throughout pandemics and expansions. As the live-in guest of an 82 yo Transitional Rehabilitation Center patient, I am very satisfied with the staff and dedicated PTs and OTs. Besides the sometimes long delays in nurse's aides responses to the patient's pushing the call button, my BIGGEST complaints are: (1) Medicare determines the number of therapy minutes, NOT the PT and OT therapists, and (2) Medicare determines the discharge date, even when people at PVN who have interacted with the patient, THINK she would improve her balance with more physical therapy. Medicare denied her appeal.

I had the pleasure of working here for two days and meet the most wonderful person here. Her name is Secelia Nwaezeapu as I observed her going above and beyond for the residents. Making sure they ate as well as going to get more of what one residents wanted. She know her residents what the liked and dislike for as her job as a dietary aide and the care giver job as well I was very impressed. As an agency worker and going to different facilities I don't see that she even knew they shower days. She is a person that love her residents. Im glad it's people out here like h

I am a chaplain at another senior living facility. One of my parishioners is in rehab at this place. She is receiving excellent care. The rehab is sensitive to her level of comfort, but incrementally challenging her. Everything is clean. Staff are pleasant.

I enjoyed being a sever / dishwasher for p.v.n. all my co workers was helpful and i became friends with them. The H.R. dept was friendly and very helpful i would recommend anyone looking for a job try this place u will love it. These 2 photos i attached was takin when i was employed with p.v.n. thank u to all my coworkers there and all the supervisors and all the management for making me feel welcome.
