My brother, Tommy, has been living at Silver Creek since mid-March and I can honestly say he likes it very much! I want to first personally thank Brandy Porter, director of sales with Silver Creek for her unwavering sincere concern and attention to my brother's needs and overall happiness. I was touched by her hands on personal touch to making my brother's transition to Silver Creek a smooth and comfortable move. My family and I are also so grateful to the AMAZING STAFF!! Everyone working at Silver Creek truly cares about the well being and happiness of all the residents living there. Recently, there was a Sneakers Party for all the residents and their families. What a blast!! The staff did a fantastic job in making this party a super special event for everyone!! My brother Tommy had a wonderful time! His happiness means the world to our family and we can see that the staff at Silver Creek genuinely truly cares about each and everyone of their residents, including our dear brother Tommy! My family and I are truly blessed to have found Silver Creek. A huge "Thank You!" to Brandy and the incredible staff at Silver Creek Assisted Living for creating a wonderful safe environment and home for our dear brother Tommy!! Forever grateful! Thank you!!

Silver Creek has been a good place for our mom when living on her own became not doable. The staff has gone to extra effort to make her transition from living in her own home to the facility go as smooth as possible. The simplicity of the layout of the center gave us great confidence that she could find her way around the facility without tripping hazards or stairs. The staff makes sure she makes it to meals and doesn't spend all the time in her room. We were able to decorate her room with all of her familiar things. The dining room has a feeling of a nice restaurant and the choices on the menu helps her to eat better. The peaceful green courtyard and porches provide a lovely space for her to enjoy the outside. A lot of stress and worry has been reduced for our family with the personalized care of Silver Creek staff.

My sisters found Silver Creek Assisting Living. They were so touched when Silver Creek's director Brandi came to their home to meet our brother in person. It has been a tough year for my siblings caring for our older brother. Silver Creek seemed to meet all the needs for him. Our brother stayed for 2weeks to check it out and to see if it meets his needs. He seemed to adjust quite nicely. When I came into town to assist my siblings, Silver Creek made it so easy. I was able to paint a wall and make his room comfortable. The staff is very friendly and quite charming. Both sisters and my other brother were quite happy with the choice. It's a difficult decision to move our older brother to an assisting living but we believe he's safe and happy. Lots to do with the fun activity director Alexis and staff. I was quite impressed with the space and courtyard. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I cannot remember every one's name but everyone is very lovely. God Bless Silver Creek.

My organization Golden Crowns a nonprofit organization came to Silver Creek on Saturday and put on a pageant for the residents of the facility. It was a great time and the residents were absolutely precious. Alexis Scott , Bo, and caregivers were absolutely amazing with assisting with the residents. There was an amazing turnout of family and staff cheering the residents on. I would like to say thank you to the family member who created /donated 11 bouquets of flowers.

We are very grateful for the care our mom and grandma receives at SC. The entire staff is wonderful and has been very accommodating. They completely understand what each family member is going through and provide you with compassionate care and understanding. Special kudos to Brandi and Heather for always being available to us. My mom lived at Silver Creek for 4 1/2 years until her death. They had activities and field trips, she was always encouraged her to join in and that made her want to attend. Each member of the care team treated her like family, she felt at home in just a few months and loved being home. From the front desk to kitchen staff to care team she was always cared so well for. I am thankful to Silver Creek to taking over Mom's care when I could no longer do it. They did a much better job than I ever could.

My father is a new resident at Silver Creek. I have already experienced greatness with the staff and facility! They are extremely kind, caring and beyond helpful. My father suffers from severe short term loss/dementia. Because of his disability, things can be challenging. The staff has been a huge help not only for my father, but for myself as well! The first thing I notice when visiting the facility is the cleanliness.. which is a big deal. I love the layout of the building. It's very simple to navigate... especially for those with memory issues. I am extremely happy with my choice of moving my father to Silver Creek.

I just keep being more impressed with this place all the time I called today at 1130am to let them know I was taking my mom to lunch today. They had her ready to go when I got there at 12pm. My mother has lived at Silver Creek Assisted Living community for 3 years. She is an Alzheimer's patient. The transition from assisted living to hospice care went very smoothly. No moving mother to a new place. Able to stay in her apartment and nothing has changed, other than more excellent care. I cannot say enough good things about all their staff. The caregivers are excellent. Every staff person is extremely kind and considerate. They really have compassion for every resident. Housekeeper, kitchen staff, cleaning staff, receptionists, executive director, wellness director, activities coordinator and the marketing director. Very happy with the care of our mother. I am a very picky person and this community (memory care) check all the boxes. I can rest at night knowing our mother is being taken care of properly.

Silver Creek - Garland.... My in-laws have lived there over a year now and they love it! From the initial tour with Ryan, they were immediately at ease. Mom (93) is busier now than if she would have been home. Brandi does a great job with fun and engaging activities and outings! Dad (96) has become very social, and knows everyone by name - staff and residents! He enjoys his daily stroll around the facility. They are well taken care of, which gives us such peace of mind. Having had a family member living at the facility for almost a year and not having encountered any negative, it only seemed appropriate to look to the same facility for our parents. Each room is set up like a mini apartment with a kitchenette. Each with a dedicated, secured card access. Caregivers and employees are friendly, courteous with customer service as their priority. Have not had one issue with the staff or the services of the facility. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The daily calendar is filled with activities, dining hall is spacious, and the outdoor courtyard provides space to sit outside and enjoy a little bit of nature. Having toured so many, I would definitely recommend this facility to any family member in need of a place to relax and enjoy the golden years.

My mom and dad moved into the facility on March 26th. I cannot say enough about how welcoming the staff was! There were at least 4 team members at the door to meet them as they entered the facility. We were escorted around and met many more. Mom and dad love the food! This is incredible because my dad is mainly a meat and potatoes kind of guy. Jessica and Rhonda have been very helpful in getting my mom involved in the activities and this has made a huge difference in my mom's spirit. Ryan was very thorough in explaining the onboarding process and made in extremely painless. This was a hard decision to make for my parents but the entire staff at Silver Creek has made them feel at home. Thank you Silver Creek staff! You are amazing!!!!!!

My parents have lived at Silver Creek since November 2016. After a bad experience at another facility, we are so grateful at the outstanding care they receive. Natalie, the marketing director, made their move seamless and stress free. Brandi is an outstanding activity director. There could not be a better medical director than Rhonda. She visits with each resident daily and with her attention to detail, we have been able to address problems before they became emergent. Sandra is an outstanding executive director. She is a born leader and could not be a more caring person. I am an extremely picky person, especially when it comes to my parents. I have dropped in at all hours and have never left disappointed. This facility is not a revolving door for employees. Employees are valued and it is evident in the loving care they provide. Whether it is the person greeting you at the desk, the kitchen staff, housekeeping or care staff, they all bend over backwards to do a great job. When I leave town I never have to worry if my parents are in good hands. I recommend this facility without reservations.

My mother in law was here for 2 years and we could not have asked for her to be in a better place. The rooms are nice size and there are lots of activities, although my MIL was not active in them. Most important is the staff, this was our second AL community and we were very satisfied with the love and care she received. Sandra is an excellent ED, always keeping the family informed of important information. We will always be grateful to them for their love and compassion.

Beautiful place to reside. Rooms are large and have their own private bath, small refrigerator and microwave. Above and beyond that, is the staff. Awesome, friendly, efficient and attentive. Meals are varied, hot and very good. Caregivers, most, are quick to respond, friendly and really care about the residents. Some caregivers like, Brandi, are "at the top" in attention to each of her residents and her level of energy and encouragement. Administrative staff is great and quick to resolve any issues that might arise. Nurse, Rhonda, is a true loving caregiver. I call her my "Fairy God Mother". Her ER and hospice experience makes her uniquely qualified to access any medical or mental issue that might arise. My mom has been there about 2 months and we are both very pleased with every aspect of her care. I highly recommend Silver Creek of Garland to anyone seeking a great, safe place for their loved ones.
