We really appreciate working with Natalie Medrano and her team at ComForCare. Both our elderly parents (ages 90 and 87) need caregiving, and we were grateful to find help. My sister and I were able to talk to Natalie to understand the possible services and scheduling. We continue to work with her to monitor along the way, and discuss questions and challenges. She keeps us updated on staffing and scheduling changes. Thank you!

I have been with this amazing company for two years. They are truly one of the best Home Health Care companies out there! They care about every caregiver and client. They will work with you if there is a problem with schedule or a clients schedule. When I am with my clients, I build relationships with them and then I don't feel like I am working, I am helping them with their daily living needs!

My at-home caregiver is so thoughtful. I used to have to tell her what I needed done. I haven't had to do this in quite some time. She learned my ways and my house and, most importantly, my husband. She is always willing to do more. I am privileged to be associated with this company, and I will always refer to my caregiver as a true friend. My mom had caregivers from ComForCare for about a year. The caregivers were wonderful, thoughtful and great workers and companions. We did have one caretaker who didn't work out but she was promptly replaced by another who was very nice. It is really hard in this job market to keep staff but ComForCare really came through for my mom and we are grateful.

This company is a godsend. Neither of my parents were thrilled about having caregivers coming into their home, but it was necessary due to the progression of my mom's dementia. After starting on their service, my parents ended up being very pleased and appreciative of their help! And I had peace of mind knowing my mom was being cared for when I couldn't be there. Three caregivers in particular, Kena Julie and Jeane, were phenomenal and formed a bond with my mom. Whenever there were issues (another company sending the wrong type of care supplies, etc...), Ellie and Kate were quick to update me and assist me in resolving them. They were there for my family when we needed help, and I am eternally grateful to them for everything.
