I wanted to post a truly heart-felt thank you to the staff of Wilkinson Woods and especially Kathy Boeck, Executive Director. She is always pleasant and is very informative regarding my mother. She answers all of my questions and returns my call in a timely manner. Wilkinson is especially lucky to have her!

I am fortunate to be able to visit numerous senior communities every year as a musician who has brought nightclub-style concert performances to residents for over 25 years. When you walk in the door and see residents smiling, laughing and enjoying themselves — then you know youre in a community that truly understands and values the well-being of those who choose to live there. I have performed in hundreds of communities over the years and feel very fortunate to be a regular entertainer at most of the Laureate locations. Wilkinson Woods has been booking my shows for years and they are truly one of the best. Make sure they are on your list if you are in the Oconomowoc area.

If I could give six stars to Wilkinson Woods Assisted Living, I would! Wilkinson Woods is a smaller community than some of the other assisted-living residences, and it felt like family when you walked in the door. The facility might not be the newest and shiniest, but it is always clean and homey and comforting. The staff is absolutely amazing and helped accommodate individual needs and requests. My dad was somewhat introverted and liked to stay in his room a lot, so they found original ways to help him feel comfortable coming down to the common area, which he enjoyed. Wilkinson Woods offers many activities to fit all kinds of personalities. They have the standard games like bingo but also bring in speakers, musicians, theyll have happy hours and parties and donut day and the list goes on and on. There really is something for everyone there. My dad‘s room was much larger than the other assisted-living rooms that I toured around the area for the same price. I feel so blessed that my dad was able to live at Wilkinson Woods the last year of his life.

The kitchen staff, Amy, is amazing. She makes phenomenal food. All of her goodies are made from scratch and absolutely to die for!!! Cant say enough good things!!
