Anne Chard, the former manager is gone. So is the way it was run previously. Now, they don't answer the phone or return voicemail, only an outgoing message telling you they're full. You can't get in the building unless you are someone's guest. I managed to get in last year to ask if I was still on the list. Manager said I was 2nd on list. At least two have left, and I was not contacted, either by phone or mail. So much for protocol and professionalism. Sad.

I have been at Wilkinson Manor 4 years. I just love it here.very good location. their are shopping centers like Ben Franklin,Ace hardware,Walgreens and many more. it is a very clean building.. we have silver streak right here in the building .we have parties.The Manor has a Christmas party once a year.for the residents.Mainance is very good. snowplowing is outstanding The grass cutting is awesome.There is washer and dryer on each floor.We have Saturday night Mass. Packers party,bingo,sheepheads,movie night. We have fittness with Nancy. People very friendly.Ann Chard is the manger. she has here over 20 plus years. She is a awesome manger.It is a very great to live. Give call to Wilkinson Manor and set up a date with them for a tour.
