My dad got to live at Towner Crest for 1.5 years ( too short). He was living his best life playing cards, social hour, Fireside outings and more... He loved the residents and staff. Thank you all for making his last years wonderful.

My mother moved to independent living three years ago. When the time came that her needs increased, Pam Mark, resident service director was so helpful and knowledge about dementia and the best placement for my mom. She want above and beyond to make sure myself and my sidings understood the steps in my mother's care. Thank you Towner Crest staff, everyone is so caring and helpful.

Towner Crest Oconomowoc My family and I highly recommend Towner Crest. We moved our mom to independent living about 2 months ago. She had been living in a retirement community in Florida for about 15 years. When she attended the hymnal sing-a-long activity at Towner Crest, she was in tears because she knew we had found the perfect home for her. When we first toured Towner Crest with Tracy, we felt welcomed right away. We were in awe of the beautiful facility. Tracy was amazing to work with in finding the right apartment for our mom. She answered every question, has great communication and is a joy to be around. Towner Crest communicates often, our mom always knows what's going on each day. The other day, I attended the "Know Your Neighbor" event where Mom was the special guest. Pastor Mark "pre-interviewed" her the week prior so she would feel comfortable in front of the group. It was such a nice way for our mom to be introduced to the other residents. Mom has also appreciated the convenience of a free breakfast each morning, the provided transportation to different grocery stores weekly, the on-site fitness classes and hair salon, and the amazing staff who make her feel loved, respected and welcomed. We couldn't be happier to have her living in such a thoughtful community.

Our experience at Towner Crest was exceptional. Our family can not say enough good things about the entire team. We moved our mother to the Arbor (memory care). Immediately we saw the level of care and respect shown to the elderly was something we had not experienced before. Resident intake, nursing/cna staff, housekeeping, food service, receptionist, faith services. All outstanding. The team adapted to respect my mother's unique challenges. Her surroundings were beautiful and very well maintained. The activities keeping engagement at a high level. The care extended to our family as my mother moved through the last stages of her life still brings tears to my eyes. Thanks again to the entire Towner Crest team. You have our families love and respect.

My mother is in Towner Crest in the memory care unit, and they give her excellent care. We have had other family members in a number of other facilities over the years, and Towner Crest provides the best care I have seen.

Towner Crest I HIGHLY recommend Towner Crest. My Mom moved in about 5 months ago and is extremely happy. When we first toured Towner Crest with Amy, we were welcomed right away from not only staff but from those that live there. Amy was amazing to work with in finding the right apartment for our Mom. She answered every question and has great communication. My Mom moved from a large condo to an apartment with a beautiful sunroom. At first, we didn't know how she would adapt but after 2 nights she felt at home (faster than we expected). There is also storage and underground parking that she uses. Towner Crest communicates often, she always knows what's going on day to day. There are so many activities they offer including the ones that my Mom participates in: movies and Packers games in the beautiful theater, trips to the Fireside, a variety of restaurants, Oconomowoc Art Center, grocery shopping at local stores, going to thrift stores. In addition to outings, she enjoys going to Church in Fellowship Hall, playing Bingo, scrabble and creating crafts. She also loves that she can go to the salon on the first floor for a haircut/color and also to the fitness center. She also likes the food at the Bistro and Dining Room. There are also options to buy food at the Bistro as a Take and Go, which she does a few times a week. There is so much more than what my Mom has done so far and she made a lot of new friends. I'm so happy to go to Towner Crest when I visit, very welcoming. My family and I highly recommend Towner Crest.

The Arbor is excellent! Our mom recently transitioned from Independent Living section to The Arbor at Towner Crest and it went very smooth. We were concerned about how she would transition and fortunately it went very well. The Arbor is a such a nice place with kind, caring staff that are always smiling and willing to help the residents. Activities and social events are well planned and know my mom enjoys them a lot. Just like in the Independent Living, the food is very good and offers variety. It is a relief to know our mom is well cared for 24 hours a day! Thank you to the Towner Crest team and I would highly recommend The Arbor!

We moved my mother into Towner Crest in June. She loves the place, the people (residents AND staff), the amenities (library, restaurant, on-site handyman, etc), location, everything! We, her children, love it for her! Amy, who showed us the different apartment layouts and answered all our questions, still checks in on mom periodically. One of the kitchen staff stopped in with baked treats to welcome mom as we were unpacking. She took time to explain all the meal options. I feel the facility is doing what is needed to prevent covid-19 outbreak. My family and I would definitely recommend Towner Crest. In fact, I already have!

My Mother received amazing care from this facility! The staff was wonderful. The nurses were amazing! My Mom was in the memory care unit. It's a beautiful place. Many times I got phone calls that she was at a resort. The residents I met were going on tours, book clubs, wine clubs, garden clubs, they are planning plays, and doing religious practices. It was like College for over 60. It is definitely not what I remember my Grandmother being in. It was nice comfortable. My Mom had friends and a wonderful life there! I have included pictures of when the puppies visited. The outside garden area and a private dinning room.

I'm thrilled that my parents moved into Towner Crest! They moved in a little over a year ago, shortly after they opened. The staff is amazing. They are all so friendly and willing to help. They truly look out for the residents best interests. My parents love going down for breakfast and dinner with the friends they have met. The food is amazing and the chefs are always asking for the residents opinions. Towner Crest offers so many activities as well. There always seems to be something going on any given day. Thank you for all you do Towner Crest, I couldn't be happier for my parents. I have enjoyed meeting so many of the staff in our visits.

I cal to find out what Tower Crest Had to offer. The are many free activities that they have to offer. Looks great from the outside. I am sure the apts. are very beautiful. The only thing that I did not like was The rent. Cathy Eclelman

My mother just moved to Towner Crest a month ago and she is thriving in her new environment. The staff is not only extremely helpful, but they are compassionate and caring in ways that I never expected. The area is new for my mother because she just moved from Northern Minnesota, but the transition is going very well because of such an exceptional staff. It feels like family when I go visit as they have embraced me as well. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. I have to give them 5 stars! In addition, the setting is nothing short of spectacular. As a member of the Oconomowoc Golf Club, I have seen this property for years as it is adjacent to the golf course, and I have marveled at the beautiful pines and lush green meadows. As the property was being built, I was skeptical at first but slowly and surely as it was being built, it started to blend into the environment around it and I knew that if my mother would move there, she would just love the setting. Now she looks out her windows and sees the majestic pines, wildlife, and ponds. She just loves her apartment and the view. As far as senior living is concerned, I think this is as good as it gets and I am so happy my mother is living in such a beautiful environment. The interior at Towner Crest captures the exterior as well. You get the feel that you are outdoors amongst the tall pines although you are inside. The fireplaces, community rooms, and overall decor have a warmth that feels so homey yet has modern feel to it as well. The facility has so many amenities and opportunities to stay fit, find a good book, do a puzzle, take in a movie (the theatre room is amazing), partake in bible study, have fun social hours, play games, and go on group outings etc. The staff has done an amazing job of organizing activities in such a short time and it has been wonderful for my mother to engage in them and make new friends. My mother is now living in Oconomowoc for one month, and Towner Crest and the people she has met and the staff have already been a blessing to her. Her apartment is just beautiful and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a senior living environment to check it out, it is really a wonderful facility and I am so glad that we made the move for my mother. Again, 5 stars!

My mother moved into Towner Crest in mid-January from Iowa and she is doing very well! The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming and they truly want their residents to be safe and comfortable. We were looking for a community where she could feel at home and still be independent for as long as possible and we have found that at Towner Crest. The property is beautiful, the amenities are top notch and most importantly the staff care about the residents. Amy and Megan were very helpful in explaining the various living options to working with us on move-in dates and getting my mother settled......the entire process went very smoothly thanks to their help! I am comforted to know my mother is in a great community and if she needs anything, the staff at Towner Crest would go out of their way to help her.

The facility is gorgeous inside and the setting is beautiful. My mom moved here from New York and has settled in very well. Her apartment is comfortable and feels like home. She is happy, has made many new friends and loves the spiritual aspect also.

In February, after months of searching for and touring senior living facilities all around southeastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois, we were absolutely delighted to find Towner Crest, a brand new facility which had just opened it's doors in January. We immediately fell in love with the facility. The property and it's location are beautiful, the amenities are wonderful and the apartment we toured was/is absolutely perfect for us. But the loveliest of all is the dedication and tireless efforts of the entire staff here. Everyone is doing whatever they can to help us make this our new home. We feel truly blessed that God guided us to Towner Crest.
