Communication with the management team could be much better. When we initial met with the home care services we advised that our loved one had pets, so their team was aware and to send someone that was okay with pets. On the first day the set a care taker that had a pet allergy and did not have care for that entire first weekend. Then, they tried to charge us for that even though our loved one did not have a care taker for that weekend.
