Exceptional facility! The staff is very friendly and attentive to all of the residents. Our grandmother has improved so much since moving here. At home, she would sit around every day feeling depressed. Now she is socializing again and we couldn’t be happier. Five star!

Clean, upbeat environment. Everyone from the Executive Director Rajan and his entire TEAM are always so friendy and positive.Great activities! Food is fantastic just an all around great feeling in the building when you walk in.They definitely care about their residents and it shows!

My niece has been a resident at Haines Manor since November, 2019. Shes comfortable, likes her roommate and staff members, and enjoys the variety of meals and snacks provided. Additionally, she looks forward to regular trips to Walmart, which are organized by the activities director.Dr. Amin, the facilitys director, has been extremely accessible. He has personally responded to all of my questions and requests in a supportive and timely manner.It is a pleasure to visit Haines Manor. It is clean, fresh, attractively decorated, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Were glad to have found Haines Manor for our niece.

My 85 year old Dad was under the care of the staff at Haines Manor for almost a year .The care and attention he received was wonderful to see and a blessing for my family.They were able to make him feel at home and it gave me comfort knowing he was being taken care of. I've seen the improvements in this building over the last year. New roofing, flooring, paint, and refurnished rooms. The staff seems to care a lot about each member of the community. It's not a high end resort but the quality in care is there. Thank You

In the last few months, I have had the pleasure of visiting this facility several times. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and smells fresh, even in both of the memory care units. The administrator and the front desk receptionist gave me an excellent tour; they are both very customer service oriented and you can see that they take pride in their facility. I asked a few residents if they like living there and got positive responses as well. The building has been renovated, everything looks new from the flooring to the paint on the walls. There are also two new gazebos outside of the building. The landscape and parking lots, however, are still being worked on.
