As another person commented, the washers are out of order due to flooding issues. The only elevator works infrequently and will be out of service soon for 3 days (5 floors have to walk down the stairs). While they are bringing food, if you're disabled, you're basically on lockdown. Now, the rents have been raised significantly without the services meeting this increase.

Laundry Room Machines have been broken off and on since Dec 2022, residents unable to clean clothes. Machines can’t be fixed they need to be replaced.

My tour was wonderful, And the facility is beautiful. The apartments were clean And very roaming . I think it will be a perfect fit for me and I'm looking forward To becoming a resident.

What a wonderful place to call home. I am so grateful that my grandfather was able to live here and call Osprey Manor his home, even though it was only for a short time. Patty is wonderful. So welcoming and went above and beyond to get my grandfather moved in and settled. Michael is always saying hello and making sure all residents are happy. Q is at the ready to help make sure things were working properly and we were so grateful for his help. The thing I, and I know my grandfather appreciated the most was how kind and courteous everyone was. Always, saying hello and asking how your day was going. The staff in the cafeteria knew my grandfather by name and knew what he liked. Osprey Manor is clean, quaint and welcoming. I am so glad I found this little gem of a place for my grandfather. Thank you to all who made him and me, when visiting, feel welcome.

I truly love working here at Osprey Manor. I love the interaction with the residents when they see me at my window at the front desk. I look forward to seeing them every day and coming in to work. Lots of laughs. Great teamwork with my coworkers. I feel blessed to be the Business Office Manager.

I am a geriatric care manager in Polk County and have been so impressed with Osprey Manor as a wonderful option for senior living. This senior living building takes such a vested interest in providing quality to their residents. The administration is wonderful and in tune with their residents needs. The staff is kind, caring and very helpful. They ensure that they are assisting their residents to have the best quality of life intheir senior years. The building is always clean and very aesthetically pleasing, not to mention a wonderful value for all that they provide. If you are looking for a quality senior living option, look no further. Osprey Manor is your place!!!

Started a walking club today! We walked 2.1 miles! Absolutely wonderful place to live! The staff is amazing and the food unbelievable! Its why I am having to walk!

I recently moved into Osprey Manor So far I am overwhelmed by the awesome staff here. And the Cafe here is AWESOME! As good or better than a 3 or 4-star restaurant! I know I made the correct choice to move here.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff at Osprey Manor!! My mom is so excited to be a part of this community Sarah Woolley made her feel so welcomed from the very beginning and took the time to answer any and all questions (there were many, LOL) my mother had. Being that this is a new and somewhat scary transition in her life, having people go out of their way to help and put her mind at ease about moving into a new place is everything! We are so grateful to Sarah, Shelby, and Ryan at Osprey Manor for all their help!! The community is beautiful and we are so looking forward to all the wonderful changes being made to the building and suites! I cant say enough about this place and the sweet people that work and live here
