Having to be “put away”, is not as bad as it sounds, especially moving to BestCare. Yes, making the change to assisted living takes a good month or so, but these friendly people have the experience to make it a pleasure. We’ve lived here 16 months now, and it’s simply “all good”. The key word is “simply…” Casual and comfortable are what the overall mood here. Everyone makes us feel welcome, and we are safely and well taken care of.

Best Care Senior Living at Winter Haven is a god send for my family. My father was diagnosed with dementia and has been living here for nearly a year. I'm currently serving on active duty in the United States Marine Corps and have had almost no time to see him. With all that being prefaced, the staff at Best Care has made this transition in our families life so much easier to go through. They are family oriented, friendly beyond measure, and dedicated to giving genuine care to the residents at the facility as well as their families. The supervisor Donja runs this place with a warm and loving heart. Her goal of family oriented living makes this hard transition in life easier on everyone who lives here. Not only Donja but her staff as well will go out of their way to make sure everyone receives genuine care. A key point that comes to mind is when we showed up to care for my father during his time with Hospice. The staff surprised us with a room of our own and a welcome cart full of amenities so we didn't have to go without. The amount of thought that went into something unexpected was amazing and it extends to everything they do. Best care is always there for our family and they have helped me be with my father during such a hard time. I could write a whole 1,000 word essay on all the amazing things that happen here, but just writing about it doesn't do it justice. You will have to see it for yourself and realize that there is such an outstanding facility for the people of Winter Haven here.

My dad is a resident at Best Care and they truly are the best!! The nurses and staff really care about the residents and that matters so much!! They are always doing activities. My dad was even taken out to a nice steak dinner. I live in Delaware and the nurses Facetime me every week so I can talk to my dad!! April is absolutely AMAZING!! I really don't know what I would do without her!!! She is definitely one of a kind!! My brother definitely found a good place for our dad to stay!! He's truly happy being at Best Care!!!

I have been to Best Care Senior Living at Winter Haven many times visiting, and I found it to be a clean, homey, caring place. This facility has great, loving employees. The activities director, Lesley Wasson, is especially wonderful with the residents. She plans some of the most creative activities and the residents love her. It is evident that she loves them too because she goes out of her way to make each day exciting and fun while keeping them safe and feeling special.

Leslie facilitated a tour of Best Care. We were going to have my mother-in-law live there when she was discharged from the hospital. I was impressed with activities that were taking place during my tour. The facility was clean and welcoming. Leslie was awesome and clearly loved the job that she was doing.

Toured since it's the closest place to my home in Winter Haven. I have a disabled father who really needs to be in an assisted living situation. Best Care in Winter Haven is by far the friendliest, most hospitable home I've dealt with. All of the staff, from the adminstrator to cleaning, makes me feel like part of a family. I met Lesley the Activities Director at Best Care when she reached out to the community asking for books to expand the facilities library. Since then I have tried to help out whenever possible. The most recent idea Lesley had for the residents was Trunk or Treat...The residents seemed to really enjoy it. She truly only wants the best for her residents.

I love the staff , very friendly and responsible the facility sanitization is great . I recommended this place for lots of my patients . never had any problems and I always follow up with them to make sure that they are happy, I even have interviewed some of the patients randomly without telling them who I am and they were very happy. Kitchen is super clean, rooms are very modern, administrator is very respect full, food is really good Quality , I would highly recommend facility for your beloved ones.

My grandma use to live they but she die like 2 weeks ago and I would never put someone there the food not good and they let my grandma room be dirty and have bugs everywhere when we ask why u did not get someone to spray the bugs they said we been letting the owners know how hard was it to buy a can of spray to they get a buy man in there and they let her room be so dirty and let her have bad chicken noodles soup in her room for day and they stole a lot of her stuff when she die we are still fighting to find all ur stuff but I can say one thing the staff are really good to my grandma she will me miss
