Had to ladies who lived there and seemed to like it. Tillie ended up in nursing home and died there. Think Edna died while there. Both were good friend. Tillie was like a mother to me boo hoo

The staff here has been amazing!!! Just settled my dad in last week and everyone there was VERY VERY accommodating. Glenda, Meghan, Vivian, Dena, Pam, Michelle and everyone else I forgot!!!! I am very happy I chose this place for him….

I recently toured Lake Howard Heights for a relative. Right when you walk in you were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff and residents. The community was very nice and clean. Megan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall it seems like a wonderful community.

My mother has been in Lake Howard Heights for almost three years. They do a great job of providing activities for the residents as well as providing a safe environment for my mother. The senior staff is always receptive to comments and suggestions. I am very pleased with Mom's decision to move to this community.

Brayan made this transition for our mother and family such an easy process. He has an infectious and warm personality and made us feel welcome from the first meeting. All of the staff here are very friendly and warmly greet you when you arrive. The facility is beautiful and has many activities for their residents. Brayan is the heart of this community and facilitates communication even after a new resident moves in.

We moved our dad a month ago into Assisted Living. We have had a long relationship (more than a year) with the Director of Sales, who connected with us and kept up the connection until Dad was ready to move. During our multiple tours (some unannounced so they couldn't be staged), we saw happy residents who have purpose in their every step. We heard and met engaged and friendly staff - clearly a tight-knit community. Most employees have been at LHH over 10 years, which tells you something positive right there. Dad went from being isolated to socialized and gets regular exercise and a healthy diet.

you could not find you could not find a better place to spend your last days. Glenda Hanley has an open door policy that is second to none. she is exceptionally gracious and hide nothing from you. be employees here are the finest that can be found in any facilities of this nature. after 3 years of being a resident I have no regrets and would not hesitate one minute to highly recommend this place to anyone who is capable living in a place such as. sincere thanks to all employees and there are several who do not get enough recognition such as Ron
