December 2024
A resident here for over 4 yrs. Was a wonderful community, till renovations started December of 2023 elderly residents are being moved several times to a different apartment while there's is being renovated. Myself I have had to move in & out 3 times of different apartments. It has been very stressful on many of us elderly residents. As some of us have temporally even been moved into a temporary unit while our original unit is being renovated. Many residents have asked why they can't just stay in renovated unit instead of having to move again. They were told NO. We just don't understand the reasonings for this especially when there are so many vacant units. They need to have a doctor's approval due to a medical condition to change apartment location. In the past this has been fine to do so. According to Hud/Section 8 looked it up on the internet. If a resident would like to move into a different, unit they may do so.

Been here 3 years, many leaving and unhappy with being herded into micromanaged cages having a 30 million dollar remodel that is a whitewashed cheap update of over a hundred thousand per unit for a 500 sq ft apartment! This is a rip off with foreign workers who don't speak English..somebody stealing in this government job! Place has nothing for amenities, most residents are miserable people...this is where elderly abuse ripens..new folks coming in as people leave but they hand pick from the waiting list...I suspect apartments are being sold with favors of rooms with views and no mold. If your apartment is on the north side it will be moldy....
