We moved my mother into The Manor after my father died last November 2024. It’s been a transition however all the staff do their best to accommodate and make a new way of life for your loved ones. My mother is a special-needs person because she is disabled and they are very good with her. I appreciate each and everyone of them

The Manor is an amazing place with amazing people. From Dana, Ana, Renee, Tiffany, and more the entire team is outstanding. Every great team has excellent leadership and this team has the best in the Director (Tina) and her guidance, love and care transcends to the staff and then to each resident. There is always something to do at The Manor and like the Love Boat the cruise director of this ship is Dana who creates the most entertaining pursuits for the residents to enjoy and keep everyone busy. I cannot express enough the level of care, compassion, and love all of these people use to care for our family members. They are the very simply the best and I appreciate each person so much!

My mom has been at The Manor at Lake Morton for 2 years now. I moved her from another larger facility and she has thrived here. Mom has stated numerous times she's very happy where she is and likes the food. The staff seems to keep up with her well and her room is clean. They also work with me as mom's guardian. Admin allowed a communication modification in the room which was appreciated. I don't think there's a better place in Lakeland for the level of service received.

My husband and I are very impressed with the Manor at Lake Morton and the attentive staff who take excellent care of my Mother in Law. We spent a lot of time searching for and visiting different facilities in Lakeland when we found The Manor. It was a very difficult time for us to realize my MIL needed assisted living, but from the very start we connected with Danielle who was/is amazing! I can't say enough, as that is who we encountered first... Danielle made us feel at home and gave us everything we needed to be assured my MIL would be a perfect fit and taken good care of here. The Manor at Lake Morton is very CLEAN and has a family atmosphere. We are very happy with the staff, the care my MIL is receiving and the excellent communication provided to the family. I am a communicator, so I am really thankful for that! Thank you Danielle, Ana and Tina for always answering 🙂 Please let your entire staff know they are amazing and greatly appreciated... It's beautiful and clean, and I've really seen the staff get to know her individual, unique needs. Trust me, I certainly know my grandmother can be picky and fickle sometimes, but they simply ebb and flow with a smile and warm heart! They really take the time to "see the person." I know doing this work is a very tough job, and I see consistent efforts to maintain and improve everyday. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, and so many incredible, caring and committed people work here. It gives me great piece of mind, and although she was understandably nervous about a move into assisted living, my grandmother even tells me how much she likes living here. I just couldn't ask for more. I'm so thankful for this place and staff, and I feel confident I've found the very best place possible for her.

The Manor at Lake Morton has done an excellent job keeping families United during this difficult season of COVID. They lovingly helped usher my mother to heaven. The loss of a wife could have been devastating for my father with dementia but the staff works hard keeping him plugged in and happy.
