My Dad was in HavenCare-Birch House for 8 months. In that time, the caregivers showed respect and kindness to him. I was very pleased with his care and would recommend it. We looked at other "large" facilities and were not impressed by all the bells and whistles. HavenCare offers a home-like setting which makes the transition a lot easier. Two people really stood out as caregivers; my Dad got very attached to Brianna and would not want her to leave his sight. She was so good to him and showed him such tenderness and attention. I appreciate her so much. She would keep us informed about any changes and even sent pictures when my Dad was having a good day. I was also able to observe Link, the night/weekend caregiver. He showed all the residents the utmost respect and always had a kind voice. Although my Dad was not always kind to Link, he still gave my Dad the best care. I appreciate all they did for my Dad and the experience was great.
