I had a great experience at Advanced Health Care. The staff was friendly, caring, and professional from the moment me and my grandmother arrived. Oscar and everyone else made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and treated me with respect. The facility was clean, organized, and welcoming, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the compassion and quality of care my grandmother received. I would definitely recommend this healthcare facility to anyone looking for a place where they can feel comfortable and well cared for.

This is possibly the best place to go if you or a loved one needs Rehab. They are really good at what they do and the staff is exceptional, food is awesome and their driver Dillon has been great getting my husband to his appointments and back. I can't say enough good things about these people and their facility.

I wanted to send out kudos to the staff at Advanced Health Care of Albuquerque on Richmond. The staff took great care of my Father during his recent stay. I spent a couple of weeks here after leaving the hospital. The staff were all so kind and caring. I felt very safe there. The Physical Therapy was excellent and very useful. I would have given them five stars, but I'm a vegetarian. I don't think the chef had any clue about vegetarian meals especially including sources of protein.

Advanced healthcare of Albuquerque is the best place ever! All the staff took extremely good care of my father-in-law during his rehabilitation from a broken hip. I can’t say enough good things about advanced healthcare. The staff and technicians were caring, the food was good, bathrooms and the whole facility were clean, and the therapists were outstanding.

My mom was in rehab at Advanced several months ago after a difficult recovery in the hospital from surgery for a hip fracture. If you have to go to rehab, this is where you want to be. It feels like a hotel. You have a private room and bathroom. My mom had physical therapy six days a week. The food was good. I appreciated that they brought her to the dining room for meals. Must most importantly, the staff is professional, responsive, and compassionate. The occupational and physical therapists, Becky and Matt, are amazing. The nurses and nursing assistants are kind and caring. Robert and Alina were especially kind to me during some rough patches in my mom’s recovery. And the discharge coordinator, Amanda, was incredibly helpful. My mom is now, dare I say, thriving in Assisted Living. Advanced helped her get there.

i was at advance for 4 weeks the staff was awesome and truly treated you as a friend the food was great and it felt more like a resort rather then a rehab they are the best so everyone wants there so there is not always a vacation at this resort

My mother is in there and it is a truly beautiful place. With that said may I say that food comes cold or so darn spicy you cannot eat it. The aids do not respond to calls for patients needing help and when I went in there I saw several workers just jaw jabbing instead of doing their jobs. Meds requested when they are due are not given until several hours later. Now some workers there do their job and do it great but the bad is out weighing the good and I for one will not recommend this place to anyone.

Attentive staff and clean facility. This is where you want your loved one to heal and strengthen before being able to go home. Ali, our weekend therapist, was very knowledgeable and comprehensive in his approach. Diana and Juana were especially helpful whenever we needed anything. Couldn’t be happier in this challenging season with Advanced Health Care. Thank you for going above and beyond!

After back surgery I stayed at Advanced Health Care of Albuquerque for almost two weeks. The facility is great and clean like a fine hotel. The food was always great and all of the staff are consistently showing their warm, friendly, caring and professional care.

There is only one word that comes to mind when I think about Advanced Health Care; that word is Outstanding! I simply cannot speak highly enough about the care that I received from the registered nurses doctor AIDS physical and occupational therapists and the entire staff! Whatever my need, it was addressed promptly. Lest me not forget to mention the exceptional meals coming from their chef! I am ever so grateful for the care that I received at Advanced Health Care.

Advanced Healthcare was a wonderful, healing experience for me. After being there for a couple of weeks after surgery, I left very able to get around and be independent, and believe it or not......not anxious to leave the place! I can't say enough wonderful things about this facility. When they wheeled me in I thought I in a fancy hotel! The staff is just wonderful, the food delicious, and OT and PT phenomenal! I wish I could mention everyone's name to thank them but there was so many involved in my care. I highly recommend Advanced Healthcare!

I would highly recommend this place if you were to ever need rehabilitation after any surgery or any extra care you might need due to any health issue you might have.

I was placed in a different facility right at the balloon fiesta park area following a long hospital stay and that facility should be shut down. I called Advanced Health Care of Albuquerque and they got me transferred out of there immediately. I was relieved to learn that this facility is well run. The food is great as you actually get to choose from different options daily. I experienced very quick response times to my call button and I always got my meds on time. There is no shortage of staff regarding all the different health disciplines and always someone to help you should you need it. They even went out of there way to help me with a prescription that the pharmacy screwed up after my discharge. Should I need care again or if my family needs care, we will go back to Advanced Health Care of Albuquerque.

Advanced Health Care of Albuquerque has been a wonderful place to have rehab. I had a knee revision and the therapy staff was very professional and went out of their way to be helpful. The nurses and CNA's were friendly and answered the call lights in a timely manner. Management is excellent at making residents and staff feel appreciated. The food is great, also.

After a total knee replacement I transferred to Advantage and could not have been happier with my care; OT and PT were phenomenal; nursing staff competent and alert and food was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom clean; they even did my laundry! Best of all, no odor of sickness or disinfectants or cloying sweetness. Excellent experience and I have already recommended Advantage to 2 friends who have upcoming knee replacements.

I've been here for 6 days now and am preparing for discharge home. I am feeling prepared in every way. I was very anxious abut coming here after a big surgery. Being a retired nurse of 48 years I wasn't ready to be on the "other side." I have learned so much from both OT and PT and speech therapy that I will use for the rest of my life. The nurses and CNA's are amazing. All the staff work well with one another. All the rooms are private and beautiful decor. Have refrigerator and microwave. Beautiful cabinetry. I feel like I'm in a hotel with all the accouterments available to aid in myt recovery. The building and grounds are beautiful. Just wish COVID restrictions weren't in place so I could enjoy more but I appreciate administration keeping our safety in mind. Thank you so much for helping me in my recovery and making my stay such a positive experience. Sarah the Assistant DON is the bomb. She helped me on my admission along with my daughter. She visited me occasionally and brighten my spirits every time. Made me laugh! I know I have forgotten names so I hope you'll forgive me. Carol, speech therapist, Lea PT, and Susan OT helped me and taught me things I'll use the rest of my life. Not just in my recovery. Nurses Pat and Jim just simply ROCK! They are wonderful as is nurse Kat who admitted me. She connected with me immediately as I'm sure she does with every patient. Of course I can't forget nurse Sidney, she was absolutely terrific. Took such great care of me and my daughter who will be helping me at home. Ancillary departments were wonderful. Housekeeping and all the CNAs keep the rooms and everywhere sparkling. I can't say enough about the food. All of it was so delicious! I have a thing with eggs (poached in particular) and refuse to attempt to make them myself and have never found anyone who can make one. They consistently make the "perfect" poached egg. Best I've eaten in my long lifetime. I ordered them every morning. The kitchen slips onto to your tray if diet appropriate a dessert that is homemade as everything else. I loved these little treats.The CNAs helped me the most especially at night and days. I wish I could remember names better. The maintenance and transport drivers Silver and Marcell are so personable! If I ever have a need for services like these again I'd wait as long as I possibly could just to get a bed here. I can't forget Brook PA-C who visited me several times throughout my stay to make sure I was getting all of the the medications and treatments I need during my stay and after discharge. Thank you again one and all (named and unnamed) for everything you do. To Administration kudos for hiring all the right people.

I entered barely able to walk and very unstable. I walked out on my own 2 weeks later. The PT an OT professionals are first rate. The nurses and CNAs are on medications and care areas day and night. They pitch in and help each other always collaborating. A marvelous work culture. Each person knows what do and does it daily. A word about the food. It is well prepared and tasty. Hard to do in an institution. Rooms are private, good clean bathrooms and safe shower. It is the best of the best.

Big THANK YOU to EVERYONE for helping my mom get back to good health and recovery from hip surgery! My mother was there from Feb 10th to Feb 28th 2020. Met so many wonderful Doctors, Nurses, CNAs, PTs,OTs, Kitchen workers and Custodians. Day and night crew, Hope we didn't leave anyone out. We also met wonderful patients and their families. All are in our prayers. Thank you so much again!
