Have had my inlaws living here for over a year. No issues, everyone at the office is attentive and park is clean and well kept. Yes the rent is going up but for the price is still much better than apartment living. Having you own small yard and room for a storage shed is a huge plus. Amenities are also nice.

I only had the pleasure of living here for 2 short months. The lot fee is high and is putting a lot of stress on people. Linda in the office is great. They are always having some kind of events at the club house. There is a there is a pickelball court, gym, game room, swimming pool and much more. The people are very friendly. I highly recommend moving here.

I don't know why it is pitbulls have such a bad reputation I was there today to look at a job and apparently it is a no pitbulls on my pitbulls are the sweetest thing you will ever see all they want to do is lick you and hug you and be your friend those that have mean pitbulls should be smack for the reasons that they have become mean pitbulls were actually bread to be protectors of children

It was my intention to live there after retirement, we visited the park and really liked it. Now that we are ready to make the move the lot lease is over $800 a month and that is too too high for this place. Looks like buying a condo is the best option. Lower the the lease to 500 and I'm in.

Living in this community has been a mixed experience for me, and I would rate it 3 stars. On the positive side, the residents in this neighborhood are truly amazing, creating a warm and caring atmosphere where everyone looks out for one another. There are plenty of activities and opportunities to engage with the community, which is a significant advantage. However, I must caution potential buyers to be aware of certain issues. Unfortunately, the upper management has allowed the community's overall maintenance to decline over time, which is disappointing. This once clean oasis has lost some of its charm. One significant concern is that the pool has been shut down twice by the city due to safety concerns, rendering it unusable. It seems that the management struggles to keep it up to the required standards. Furthermore, the hot tub lacks working jets, which can be frustrating for those seeking relaxation. Before making the decision to move here, I strongly advise prospective residents to thoroughly tour all of the amenities shown on the website. It is important to be fully informed, as this mobile home park happens to be the most expensive in Albuquerque. While the supportive community and the range of activities are definite highlights, the decline in overall cleanliness and the issues with certain amenities warrant caution.

Beautiful mobile home park for 50 and older. Albuquerque Meadows not unlike any other neighborhood in the city minus the crime and drug abuse pandemic. Golf carts are the preferred mode of transportation by many of the reidents.

Disclosure - I am a realtor and was showing some homes here. Very well maintained place. Very peaceful. Friendly residents. Gated community, 55 plus. Affordable and safe housing opportunity for seniors. Only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that the office has by appointment only hours.

We have friends who have lived here for nine years. This is a senior living trailer community. They have many different activities for the residents. The trailer park is very well maintained and has a lot of grass area.
