We have lived at Coronado Villa for 9 years, yes, we are charter residents’. One of the best decisions we have ever made. Everyday it is a privilege to be living here. Our apartment has a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains, nice sunrises and at night, the moon lifting over the mountain. Everyday is full of activities with friends that know our name. We are a family here, sincerely encouraging each other through some of the bumps’ in the road that are expected as seniors. The entire staff is extremely helpful, friendly and supportive. Let us not forget being here during Covid 2020-21. The staff delivered our meals to our door, chatting cheerfully as they moved along.Their care was remarkable. Needless to say, we are hopeful for another 9 years at Coronado Villa.

I have been a resident at Coronado Villa for over 2 1/2 years and I call this my "forever home". The staff and residents are friendly and welcoming--we are truly a "family". The facility has the amenities I required when I was searching for a place to live and I am enjoying the many activities here at CV. Staying social at an advanced age is so beneficial to our health. I am grateful for the transportation to my medical appointments and also to shopping at the designated stores and times since I no longer drive. No place is perfect, but this is the best independent living resort in the Albuquerque vicinity and it has met my needs. I rate it a 4.7 out of 5.

I have lived here for 18months. I can say that this home is wonderful. My apartment is very nice, and the meals are excellent. There are plenty of activities to keep me busy if I wish, and the other residents are very friendly. The staff is great, and the public areas are well kept. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

This is a terrible place in that it tolerates stalkers! I have been stalked for 1 1/2 years by a stalker living there. The management states when I inquire that they don't have a single resident by not only his full name but by his first name, Dav. This is contrary to his mailing address there. I think that this policy makes it a potentially a very dangerous place for any senior person to reside--especially if they are women of advanced age!

They took excellent care of my Aunt there for her two year stay. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Food was very good, place always looked and smelled very clean. After shopping for a living situation for my aunt 2 years ago, I was very surprised that a place that nice and new was priced basically the same as others that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
