My mother was there for all almost two years and received excellent care. Caring nurses and CNAs. Very nice, clean, newer facility. Lots of windows and open areas. We inspected several care centers before selecting Bridges. None of them were as nice. It is a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. Kennybrook is a model example of what an assisted-living/long-term care facility should be like. It has been wonderful working with the staff at Kennybrook in order to get my father into assisted living. They have gone the extra mile trying to facilitate his entry into their facility and helping with paperwork and issues with the insurance. The staff is readily available and always cheerful and helpful. If I ever have to go into an assisted-living or long-term care facility to live, this would be the place that I would want to be in

From my ten years of experience the staff at Woodlands Creek is family. My parents lived in Independent Living for several years, then Assisted Living. After six years my mom passed away, leaving my dad alone the last four years. His last two years were in Memory Care. During this ten year period we had many health related events. The staff was wonderful with attentive follow-up care and always interacted with my parents in a respectful caring manor. The management of this facility is the best! I always noticed that the staff was well recruited and managed well. It is a happy place! This is critical with the nursing and CNA staff. I never felt like my parents were neglected and the nursing staff always kept me in the loop if something like a fall occurred. Socialization and activities are offered at every level of care. We really liked the size of the facility, as some other homes are so big I can see elders feeling lost. The buildings and apartments are well kept and clean. This year a total remodel to the Assisted Living building is near complete giving it fresh modern appeal well thought out common spaces.
